We had a little issue with One of the tents. We brought it to their attention. The issue was resolved in a timely manner! Would recommend Purchasing through them!

So what to do now. I bought the tent in February and just set it up for the first time in September. The 30 day return is up and the tent is literally coming apart. Where the Velcro wraps around the pole and the window seams. I have tried to get ahold of the company. Yea right good luck finding someone. Nice looking tent but buy at your own risk.

Overall, this is a nice tent, but it is not a very expensive tent so don't compare it to one. I purchased it to use more as a carport than event tent. Some of the poles were slightly crimped at the ends where they should slide over the connecting points. They wouldn't slide over due to the crimp. I was able to repair that, but should I have to? The tent is missing some of the velcro tabs that attach to the frame and there are holes in the fabric from the sewing process, so I know it was attempted to attach the missing velcro. One of the windows had a cut in it. All in all, though, after assembly and a few minor repairs, this tent looks good. I hope it holds up well, though I can see the tarp like material not lasting very long.Note: When assembling this tent, don't install the U shaped stakes until after you have installed the bungee's to the tent!!It would be helpful if the seller would put optimal dimensions in the instructions. It would be nice to know what the exact length and width needs to be when laying out and assembling the frame. It would save a lot of time before installing the tent fabric and endwalls.
