Excellent field vest for working dogs. Tick protection is excellent and the bright orange makes the ticks easy to spot. Hounds typically enjoy rolling in nasty, smelly things. Now I just unzip and hose off the vest. Instead of bathing the dog every time. The visibility is outstanding in the forest.I got Tito the small size as a puppy and he used it for six months. Now he is 25 pounds, 19 inch at shoulder and 30 inches nose to tail and the medium fits perfectly. Very durable fabric and quality vest.

Bought two. Have not used yet. Will use for pheasant season in Pennsylvania. If it holds up like the reviews state and our previous vests from the same company, it will be well worth it.

A very good quality vest, and fairly durable as well. This is the 2nd one for my field-bred English Cocker, and it really gives great protection. With a hard-charging dog that hunts every weekend of the season, you'll be replacing it every 2-3 years. And this product isn't cheap. But it's much cheaper than the cost of a vet stitching up wounds. The design of this vest gives my dog added protection to the neck that others don't, and she loves wearing it. Measure carefully as they run small. Previous one was a Medium, a Large is slightly loose but fits a 32-pound dog better.

I did all the measurements. It came and fit very nice. Very nice material. But I have running dogs. And after two hours her armpits were rubbed raw. Not for running dogs are hunting dogs. Never put it on her again!

This vest is great, it’s definitely worth the money. I decided to get a nice jacket for my Weimaraner, Reagan, when we had an incident in the woods. The fabric feels soft where it needs to be and very durable. It has nice coverage as well. Be sure to use the measuring guide though. Her measurements were kind of in between but she’s a 60 pound Weimaraner so I got her an XL and it fits just right.

Product runs small to measurements stated. Returned for larger size but lost $$$ returning.

Very good hunting jacket for our 8 month old German Shorthair Pointer. He seems comfortable and not too hot. It nice and light weight! Very high quality.

I liked everything but the sizing. We have a smaller British Lab. I measured her and ordered a large that I thought would fit perfect; however, it is too snug and hard to get on and off. The material is very nice--just wish it would have fit!

This is our second, since our dog is an active runner in thick brush. A bit on the small size, if on the line, buy bigger. Don’t buy the optional light if your dog is active. Mine ripped off the light after 2 days.

Das ist schon meine vierte oder fünfte Weste von Hurrta. Ich habe zwei Deutsch Drahthaar Hündinnen. Wenn die bei der Jagd unterwegs sind kann ich sie hervorragend sehen. Die Westen sind auch bei Querfeldeinjagd stabil und sitzen super. Das einzige was jetzt schon zweimal passiert ist, ist dass die Befestigung für die Beleuchtung abgefallen ist. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, weil die Lampe sehr teuer ist. ( ca. 30 Euro )

Nach dem vorherigen Abmessen passt XXL gut, nur das Problem für den Rüden besteht im Wasser lassen! Das ging in die Hose, oder besser gesagt ins Hemd. Auch die Lampe fehlt! Die Weste jetzt immer hinten umzuschlagen ist keine gute Lösung. Daher nur einen Stern
