Cavendish & Harvey | Tropical Fruit Hard Candy Drops | 7 Ounce Tin

Very nice and tasty..

I have tried the Tropical flavors, Peach and Raspberry, as well as the Mixed Fruit flavors. They are truly superior hard candies -- the fruit flavors are so true to the fruits, and they last a long time. Some people mentioned they were expensive; I disagree: they will last you a lot longer than a couple of quality candy bars, which may cost you the same amount. I think they are a good value, due to their high quality.

Cavendish & Harvey travel sweets were part of my childhood. My grandma always had a tin of them for roadtrips. Pear and Blackberry is my favorite, so sad that tin is no longer in production. They taste like the respective flavors you used to get in a roll of Lifesavers Fancy Fruit, which are sadly a thing of the past, now.I think both flavors are top tier. Luckily both can still be found in the Mixed Fruits tin, and Blackberry can be found in the mixed barries tin.

I bought the mixed tropical fruit. Delicious fruity flavor. Excellent quality.A little pricey, but makes a lovely gift, something difference when invited to dinner.

The pear and blackberry hard candy has a very nice flavor. The pear is especially good. The candy is sprinkled with powdered sugar, which it doesn’t really need, but the overall taste is very good. It is packaged in a tin can which is nice to keep on your desk as an occasional treat. Depending on the seller you purchase the item from, it can be a bit pricey, but as the candies last a while, overall it’s a good purchase.

My grandmother used to always have something similar to these when I was growing up so as soon as I came across them I knew I had to get them! They were exactly as I remembered! They are absolutely delicious and addicting. Not to mention the tin they come in is beautiful! They were super fresh and great quality! I will definitely be purchasing again!
