Tool is too small.

The product is strong. It is not easy to use. The interchangeable plate constantly pulls out after pressing the potatoes through. The result is great, but this flaw makes it extremely annoying to use regularly. I will look into one that does not have interchangeable plates.

Super easy to use.

I am in my sixties and I remember as a child my mother having a version of one of these, except it did not come with attachments. Hers was made of copper I believe and she used it to mash sweet potatoes when she was making her signature sweet potato pie. I was very excited to see this potato masher. Brings back many fond memories. This masher is made of very high quality stainless steel. I like the fact that is comes with 3 interchangeable disks. I make mash potatoes a lot so I can't wait to use this. I'm going to try my hand at making that sweet potato pie also. I'm sure this will become one of my favorite go to kitchen accessories.

Many good things to say about this ricer. The non-slip grip, that's a first. The removable food cup, WOW. No more having to submerge the whole contraption for cleaning, just the cup and whatever interchangeable disk was used.Spatzle making, ricing potatoes for gnocchi, passing cooked apples {that haven't been peeled} for applesauce. This little fella does it all. As a VINE shopper I did not purchase this item, but I'll be BUYING another for a Christmas gift for my sister. It's truly a kitchen gem. I'd even gift them to my profession chef friends for their home kitchens.
