unsure
I am unsure about this product. If it is supposed to alleviate tinnitus, it hasn't done for me.

Light up your ears
These are as comfortable as any other in-ear headphones. They need to be charged up before use. When you put them in your ear and switch them on your ears have a lovely red glow!!They don't make any noise at all so the only way you can tell they are on is by looking in a mirror. The light is bright and are laser diodes so best not to look directly at them to be safe.I have only used these for a week or so and so far I haven't noticed any reduction in the ringing in my ears but hopefully with more regular use I might begin to feel the benefit.

Interesting idea - looking forward to long term testing.
As the title says, the use of red LED light here is an interesting idea and I’m looking forward to long term testing of these. If you look around online there is a fair bit of research into red (and other colour) LEDS for all kinds of benefits. I’ve used red LED light for skincare, and that has worked well.I very occasionally get regular tinnitus, and more commonly experience pulsile tinnitus that comes and goes in phases. I also wear soft and small ear plugs for sleep and find one of my ears often gets inflammed despite using clean plugs and keeping the ear clean and moisturised.I’m hoping that the red light in these little ear buds will do everything it says in the instruction leaflet and by improving circulation potentially help both the pulsile tinnitus and the occasional ear soreness. They clai that the red light is also antibacterial. In terms of use - they’re very easy to use, just plug into a USB A outlet and pop into the ears. They come with two sets of bouncy earbud covers too, so if you lose one set, you have another. You’re supposed to use them for 30 minutes twice a day, so I’ll stick to that for awhile and see what happens and report back anything of note!

Genuine laser product - comfortable, can be used on-the-go with a battery pack
These came in a hard plastic display case, and include the ear plugs and two pairs of tips plus a guide. Both pairs are the same size. Despite the description, I did wonder if these would actually just be basic red LEDs, but they are indeed laser diodes rather than conventional LEDs. The light is uncollimated so the chance of eye damage is remote, but nonetheless eye contact should be avoided. With the tips on they're comfortable in my ears and the light spreads out well so much of the ear receives light. I experienced no discomfort or sensations attributable to the ear buds.Unless checking by removing one or looking in a mirror, there is no way to tell if the buds are on. I powered the buds from a power pack, and noticed that by default the pack would shutoff after a short time. This is because the current draw is very low, and some battery packs may interpret this as having nothing connected that needs charging. My pack has a mode to bypass this behaviour, so I enabled that and there was then no issue using the battery. It's therefore perfectly possible to use these when out and about, and contrary to another review, the product is not misleading in this respect, though whether you would want to is another matter as one's ears do glow substantially! My tinnitus is a constant ringing that for the most part the brain is good at masking, but it's particularly noticeable if thinking about it; I've tried the laser buds over a few days and not noticed any reduction in ringing so far, but wouldn't expect any with such a short time if at all, as RLT is far from universally accepted as being of any benefit. Fundamentally this seems a solid product though, and I'll definitely continue to use them as part of a longer term test.
