Inositol can be an expensive supplement. These are a great value compared to many other brands. The pills are easy to take, and I've noticed no unpleasant side effects or weird taste. Quality wise, these compare very favorably to other more expensive brands I've used.

Supplements like this can be very costly, but this is a great and affordable one that is on par with other brands. The capsules are easy to swallow (the standard four per day), don't have any weird aftertaste, and I have had no adverse reactions to them.

I cannot recommend this inositol supplement. After taking it for a few days, I experienced major abdominal discomfort and increased pain in my upper and lower extremities. I had to stop taking it because the side effects were too severe for me to continue. I would advise others to proceed with caution if considering this supplement.

I am still in the testing phase of seeing just what this supplement is capable of doing - I have been taking it for about 3 weeks. So far I have had no adverse affects, no stomach burn, etc. Everything has been positive. I am hopeful that this will help me with pre-menopausal symptoms - moodiness, etc. I'd much rather take a natural supplement such as this one, than take the different big-pharma 'cures' that certain doctors have tried to prescribe me. As far as the "bang for your buck" on these capsules, the price is reasonable to me which will make it easier to continue to purchase more after this bottle runs out!

You know a supplement is clean when the only ingredients are the 2 main ones (myo-inositol, d-chiro inositol) plus the capsule. No fillers at all. 4 capsules per serving is a tad high but they go down easy enough.

I've taken a few different brands of Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol. This brand is competitively priced and seems quality. What I do not like is having to take four capsules each serving. Keep this in mind when looking at what you're getting. This is a month's worth.
