There are two braces in a box. I bought two boxes bc I wasn’t clear on that fact. My daughter wears them for volleyball every day. It is very ‘strappy’ but she seems to have figured out a way to wrap them up and keep them in her bag.

How can it work or stabilize if it’s so uncomfortable you can’t wear it. Enough said.
