Fixed the Problem
Had a hard starting Bolen mower and swapped out the carb with this one. Worked perfectly and now starts on the first pull. Operates smoothly and pleased with the purchase.

Worked for us
A friend gave us a push mower that would not start. He suggested it could be the spark plug or carb but he didn't need it and didn't have time to mess with it. We replaced the spark plug and cleaned the carb and still didn't start. I figured for $20 this was worth trying and it did the trick. Mower started right up. We have now used it and still starting easily.
