Useless
Actually, Camera is OK, But app is horrible. Camera sets up fairly easily despite some of the most poorly written instructions I have ever seen. BUT... the app is really poor. It has no instructions or help stuff. Half the time it gives a "network is busy" error and becomes useless until the network is "unbusy". Presets go away when you leave the app. Mystery icons on the screen that have no use that I can find.I tried to find another app, but none that I can find have the "Ifox" brand camera listed..On edit...... USELESS! Now App will only report "network is busy" No other apps will find the camera and no info on camera to ID it to the other apps. What good is a camera if you can't access it at all. I'm returning it as a TOTALLY USELESS CAMERA.

Big Bang for you buck!!
I was skeptical because of the price. In fact I sent a couple others back at the same price point. I run a 16mbps dsl internet with a WiFi router. My router is in the basement, I had no problem connecting to the device on the 2nd floor. Downloaded app simply and followed the prompts. No need to plug in. The picture quality is crisp and clear. I use this to check on our pets so we don’t have a need for an SD card...works just fine without.

Works good, great support.
Worked quite well for my purposes. Easy to set up - which is good, because the instructions are nearly incomprehensible. As far as customer support, the camera I received didn't work - but iFox jumped right on it and sent me a new one Five stars for the camera, five stars for the service, minus one star for the instructions.

Cheap, low quality, not HD
The camera is pretty cheap. It is low quality, and did not look HD. The app itself was very buggy. The preset modes did not work at all. The camera reset all the time. Notifications were delayed. Plus the audio, was very delayed when speaking into it.

doesn't connect to the Wifi
doesn't connect to the Wifi, to set up it I needed plug internet cable on it.every time I try connect on the app shows message "the network is busy, please try again later". I have a another camera, from other brand, never had any problem to connect.I am returning this one

Terrible installation info and spp
I’m fairly tech savvy but the instructions were terrible and the app to use it was worse. When it did work it was clunky and not that clear. Set back.
