Started taking 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening prior to my meals. Within 10 days I got a major GOUT ATTACK, my blood pressure went over 200 and my sugar levels went through the roof. Yes and when I looked up side effects from N-Acetyl D- Glucosamine it warned may HIGHER YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE - HIGHER YOUR SUGAR LEVELS... it may as well said MAY KILL YOU. I am thinking of hiring a lawyer to sue this company for almost killing me. I VOW TO YOU THAT EVERY WORD OF WHAT I JUST SAID IS TRUE... my 8 children almost had to say goodbye to me! You would think in there 45 minute Dr Gundry video pitch they may have taken 5 seconds to tell people about the WARNING of (crabs and shrimp) ingredients. I used this for awhile and could not tell much difference than when I wasn't taking it. it cost far more than it was worth as many of these super pills do. There are other much cheaper brands on the market that do the same thing.

I mistakenly thought that my back pain was excruciating at times because I ingested Gluten. Guess what? Gluten comes under the large umbrella of Lectins.So, along with my cohorts born mid twentieth century, I have many aches and pains. Those can be helped by steering away from breads, spaghetti, and pizza , but a girl has to live a little. So when I decide I must have pizza, I have a beer and anti Lectin pills. Food Intolerance..

I bought this and I thought I was doing some good, but it started interfering with medication I was taking so I stopped. Once I'm done with that medication I fully intend to start again, because I think it was benefiting my body. My suggestion is to talk it over with your doctor before taking it. I was quite impressed with the company reached out to me and asked me how I was doing on it. They seemed quite surprised that I had a reaction with my medicine. I was quite touched that they called me and spoke with me about it twice. I don't think they just sell a product and let it go I think they truly care about the people that they are selling the product to. Very impressive!

I need these. As a vegan my food is all plant based and I was experiencing excruciating pain over the years. My inflammation is way down and I'm pain free since healing my gut but dare I cheat and these are a lifesaver.

I have fibromyalgia and have been trying this to try to see if it eases my symptoms. After a month and a half it hasn’t helped with that yet. But it has helped me to lose 5 lbs. I can’t remove lectins by diet where I live so still trying it to see if it helps with my symptoms.
