The belt fits well enough and is fairly comfortable to wear, it doesn't do anything for my pain though.

As someone dealing with recurring lower back discomfort, I've tried numerous braces over the years. But few have provided such custom supportive relief as this adjustable lumbar support belt. Its flexible aluminium struts and compression straps create a personalized fit that has toned down my back pain during long workdays.I like that both bands are cushioned with breathable mesh rather than hard edges that drive into your back. This helps avoid irritation or discomfort. The 8-way stretch fabric also moves freely during light activity. This has quickly made it my go-to brace whether at my desk, commuting or doing house chores.My only real complaint is that it can't compete with stiffer braces for strenuous sessions. The flexible stays simply lack enough rigidity for rigorous bending and lifting compared to brawnier designs. I do also wish the velcro lasted longer before fraying, even if adding customization is currently easy. For daily desk work however, the customizable lumbar support and breathable comfort are hard to overstate.I’ve yet to find such an adaptable lower back brace that blends both flexible metal stays for personalized contouring support, along with light breathable fabrics promising long-wearing comfort. For those seeking daily back relief whether working, driving or doing light chores, it delivers splendid customizable assistance many should appreciate. While it won’t out-muscle heavier duty designs for rigorous activity, I’d easily recommend it as a versatile, user-friendly lumbar support option.

Sorry no photo - you'll just have to look at the photos in the product description.Having had a discetomy (apologies to our transatlantic cousins who seem to spell this with a "k") over 20 years ago due to lower back and sciatica problems I am always very wary of what my back is doing.Conscious that, post-covid, I am spending a lot more time in front of a screen than I was before and sometimes can feel a bit of strain in my back brought on by poor posture. I try to get up and move around regularly but thought I would give this a try to see if it improved my posture at all.Have been wearing this for a few hours a day and the good news for me is that it seems to be working as intended - I feel like I am sitting better at my desk and having the support prompts me to think about my movement thus avoiding putting unnecessary strains on my back. Not played golf with it yet but looking forwards to giving it a go.Why only 4 stars - I think the sizing is a wee bit off and whilst it is covered in one of the product images the headline description just references "waist size" and doesn't specify that this is around your navel and not the typical trouser waist size most of us would use.
