This bike was better than expected. I felt like I was taking a gamble on a product that had no reviews at the time and from a company that I had never heard of. The bike turned out great. It's easy to fold into a car trunk yet is very sturdy when it is assembled.Pros:- Sturdy assembly.- The battery life is fantastic.- I like having a battery that is easily removable so that I can charge the bike inside my home without having to bring the whole bike inside.- It's quick and with peddle assist, you can easily go up pretty steep hills without ever breaking a sweat.Cons:- The lack of shock absorbers can make the ride pretty uncomfortable (even small potholes are killer).- I don't like the switch that changes the motor to the three different speeds. It's hard to tell which speed it's currently on from looking at the switch and if you want to go to the medium speed, it's very easy to move the switch past that. Also, the switch is too close to the horn (which is very loud but that's not necessarily a bad thing) so I often honk the horn when I don't intend to.

BEWARE: my Paselec ebike is a $600+ paperweight. This should be 0 starts, but Amazon doesn't give the option. While Paselec does respond quickly to complaints, they fail to resolve issues regarding their defective materials and workmanship. They offer band-aids that don't work. After using my ebike for 5 days, the "puncture-resistant tires" had a flat. Then, my bike charger shorted out so badly that it melted the charger plug. Instead of understanding of what would cause shorts and what might be affected, Paselec sent a new charger. It turned out the short had melted battery parts as well. Instead of replacing my battery, Paselec sent a new charger port with no instructions for an item that required expert installation. Then it turned out that the short had blown the battery fuse and there was an unknown part broken loose inside the battery as well. When Paselec offered a new battery, my ebike had been unusable for commuting for a total of two months. In spite of my inconvenience, returning the bike would be at my expense.

This bike is great! We got it because of the price and size. My 9 year old daughter uses it! We needed some help and contacted customer service. They got back to me the next day and were so helpful!

I work for a private university and adjacent hospital, and parking in horrendous, so I got this to be able to travel around to meetings and such. This is my first e-bike, and I love it.Here are my pros and cons:Pros:-Great for tall people. I'm 6'3" and about 210 lbs, and I can ride in relatively comfort.Easy to transport, folds up great in my trunk.Battery is removable and lasts foreverCons:-package doesn't come with instructions, but most people who have used a bike can figure it out.-the twist throttle, rear brake, and power button are all beside each other, so its easy to go to brake and then accelerate and realize you've turned off the bike.Also I have long legs so sometimes my knee will honk the horn, more annoying than an issue.Overall worth the $$$

Paselec Electric Bike are the best company to buy a bike from my Suns bike had minor problems not charging I contacted the seller and there are very helpful to determine the problem and help me get a new battery for my son's bike so he can get back to work so anybody who decides to try this product out should definitely buy it is one of the Best Buy's I have ever made thank you very much
