No Stick!
So smooth, I only have to wipe with a washcloth while cleaning. Fastest pan I’ve ever cleaned. Nothing sticks and cooks evenly. With it came with a lid though.

More than just a pretty-looking pan!
I absolutely love this beautiful pan. And it's not just another pretty face, either. I've used it for cooking eggs, toasting burritos, frying hamburgers and steak, and even stir fry, and the non stick is beyond great. Over-easy eggs slide around so smoothly it's a cinch to flip them without breaking any yolks. Love a pan that makes me look good!I'm really pleased with the lighter weight. It really doesn't need to weigh a ton, as long as it heats evenly. And it does. Everywhere. No hot spots, and no dead zones. For braising, it's possible a super-heavy, ceramic-coated, cast iron pot might serve you better. At least on top of the stove. I use them myself, for their ability to hold onto low, even heat. But cast iron is just so darn heavy -- especially full of food -- that lifting, or moving them around is a challenge for me. This pan seems like a better option. Especially since this is an oven safe pan, and ovens are also pretty good at holding onto low slow heat. However it's important to remember that the awesomely stay-cool handle that works so well on top of the range, cannot be expected to continue to stay cool in a 350 degree oven. (But maybe that's why some reviewers had trouble with the handles getting hot?)The smooth, gracefully shaped metal handle feels good in my hand -- actually either one of my hands -- and doesn't get hot, (unless I put it in the oven, of course). The pan feels sturdy, too. Durable and well made. It even says it's dishwasher safe, but I haven't tried that yet -- I've been handwashing mine because the non-stick is so great clean up is easy, and dishwasher space is at a premium around here on cooking days. Finally, it's just a really lovely pan. I don't often use the word 'elegant' to describe a skillet, but this one actually deserves it. I like the graceful shape of the golden handle, and I especially like the white color of the pan. I've never cooked with a white-interior pan before, but it turns out to be a real advantage. I can actually see even very subtle changes in the color of the food or sauce as it cooks, against the light colored pan. Would absolutely recommend.

Pan is light despite its 12”
Today I tested the pan cooking Mac n Cheese. Well, the pan doesn’t require any oil to brown the minced beef and it gets heat up pretty fast. I like the overall ivory look with a gold handle. I wish it’d come with the lid, else I would’ve rated 5 stars.

Used As my "Daily Pan" - Love It
I needed a medium sized pan, non-stick to replace another one I accidentally ruined. This has worked great - and I've used it several times a week since I bought it a couple months ago. It's been used for a variety of things - it has heated evenly and pretty non-stick.It has, after using it dozens of times been a little stained, but honestly it's been doing pretty well for a white pan.

New Favorite Veggie Saute Pan
This has become my new favorite pan to use to sauté vegetables in.I have cooked zucchini, summer squash, green beans, and spinach so far with this beauty and I love it. I like that its lightweight nature makes it easy to maneuver on the range but also allows a rapid response to temp changes. This is a plus because when I turn off the flame once the veggies reach al dente, I find that I can rest them on in the pan without them continuing to cook with residual heat. It can make the difference between perfect or soggy zucchini. I like the size, the well that is deep enough to stir and mix but not so shallow that things fly out, and not so high that its hard to scoop. For me its been working out great. The color of the pan is very pretty and so far has been holding up to washings and banging around the range and cabinet with no sign of wear. The ceramic coating has been a dream to cook with and even better to clean, so easy. I would recommend reading the cardboard wrapper it comes in to see the care instructions to make sure the ceramic coating holds up.Overall I have nothing negative to say about this pan. It delivers exactly as promised. If anything changes I will update, but as of now I recommend because for the price its a great tool for the kitchen.

Beautiful Pan - But Not Indestructible
This is a really nice pan - it's light weight, conducts heat well and has a tougher-than-most ceramic cooking surface. It's versatile and truly non-stick. However, although tougher than other ceramic pans I've had, we've still managed to ding it up. I don't use metal utensils in my pans, but you can see the dings in the photograph nonetheless (I can only imagine someone dropped something on it in the sink). Bottom line: this is a really good choice for a pan, but it's not indestructible. I still give it 5-stars because with a little care, this pan can do exactly what it promises to do.
