Good, consistent performing pickle ball option. Good choice for all-around play
I ordered the 6-pack of the OXIKEN Outdoor Pickleball Balls and I was quite pleased with their consistent performance. This review is after playing about 20+ games with them. Reliable bounce height will help you keep game in play and a good choice for players at all levels and court types. They are less expensive than the touted Franklin X40 balls and seem to be slightly less responsive but I found I had a bit more control with these balls. I would definitely recommend. What do my STAR ratings mean?5 STARS - I love the product. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and recommend to friends and family.4 STARS - I like the product. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend and family.3 STARS - Performs as I would expect it to, but nothing remarkable, I may recommend it if product is a good value for price.2 STARS - Barely meets product requirements, may have design issues. I would not purchase again and would not recommend.1 STAR - Completely unusable, I would return and request a refund.

Great balls for the price
these balls are decent quality, especially for the price. I’m a fairly new player but play with more experienced players and everyone seems to like the way these play. I don’t have a lot of experience with other brands, but these work fine for me. I haven’t had any problems with them cracking, so the quality seems good so far.

They're pickleballs...
Being new to the sport, we don't have a lot of basis for comparison, but these seem to be standard pickleballs, and it's great having a bunch of them to hit around when we use the courts down the street, so we're not constantly chasing after balls in order to play. They work great, seem like all the other pickleballs we've seen other people using.

USAPA Approved
We are very new to Pickleball, but after hearing about this sport and learning our neighborhood community center has designated “Pickleball Days” on our tennis courts, we decided to check it out. It’s a fun game, not as rigorous at tennis (at our ages, this is a good thing), and as long as we are playing with folks who are at our level of play (beginner!), we have a good time, get some exercise and spend time outside together. What I’ve learned is the the governing body for Pickleball - USA Pickleball, sets the equipment standards and has a website where you can check out the paddle and ball you are looking at to see if they are approved. There are a LOT of balls and paddles available on Amazon, some say they are USAPA approved and display the sticker, but don’t show up on the approved list, so this website can be a good resource: equipment.usapickleball.orgThese balls are listed as approved. They arrived in a good box that you’d see on display at a retail sporting goods store. Shipping was prompt.I also bought a new set of paddles w 4 balls and carrying case for hubby and I. I pulled one of the outdoor balls out to compare that ball with this USAPA approved ball. The size is the same, the number of holes is the same, and the weight is the same (I used a postal scale). The balls sound different coming off the paddle, in my opinion - but that could be a bias-slant because I know the Oxiken 40 is branded and “approved”. Having said that, USAPA has equipment standards, and the balls that came with the USAPA approved rackets could very well meet those standards, but I don’t have a way to know if they are approved since there is no brand name or model listed. We are contemplating some indoor play, so I’m going to be looking at this brand for some indoor balls. For these outdoor balls, our friends who play say this is a good brand and the price point is good. I’ve practiced on the driveway against a sheet of plywood propped up against the garage door. The sound of the ball is satisfying, but my serve and volley could sure use some work…
