Tastes great
Really fantastic, complex flavor and low acidity, so you can use a bunch in a dressing. Love it

Well, this is new
I don't even know if I knew Agave Vinegar was a thing until I received this and it's different for sure. Although I haven't tried this on salads as I don't think the flavor would be what I'm hoping for there, but this is actually pretty tasty when you add some to your boiled water when you're cooking pasta.

Sweet vinegar
Taste was a sweet and savory vinegar flavor. I enjoyed adding this to homemade salsa. It’s my first time trying this so still figuring out what recipes it’s best added too excited to continue exploring more uses in dishes we like.

WOW! I could drink this
Why does this taste so good! I did approx 2 splashes on a tomato and avo salad for myself and WOWW!! I really wasn't sure what to use this with since I didn't want the agave flavor to cook off if I used it as a meat marinade so I finally realized it could help me on my summer body diet. I added a small amount of olive oil, salt and pepper. This is the kind of ingredient that you whip out for a hosting event and it will be a crowd pleaser. It has 3 carbs per tbsp but its got a good amount of flavor and this will be better than a few tbsp of creamy ranch's fat content. Enjoy and prepare to elevate your kitchen game.

So unbelievably good!!
Before I used this vinegar in any recipe, I decided to just taste it and found it to be mild and sweet with that tartness that apple cider usually has. I have tried it in pasta sauce, devil egged potato salad, and’s used it for a marinade for some ribs. It’s perfect for everything. I could use it alone as salad dressing. Really glad I tried it.

Unique and versatile...sweet and savory!
This was my first experience with Agave Vinegar. I had no idea there was such a vinegar and was in for a surprise when I tried it. It was definitely not what I was expecting as my experience with vinegar is it is always on the sour side.Agave vinegar is unique, as it has an underlying sweetness and complex flavor profile! It is basically what happens when Tequila turns to vinegar. I was at first puzzled as to how to use this vinegar but it really lends it self nicely to salad dressing and marinades as it has that sweet and savory flavor. I added some herbs, evoo, garlic and a dollop of mustard, blended it together and used it over my salad and to marinade my chicken. I also tossed pasta into the remaining dressing and wow, it was all pleasantly delicious! The only thing I did not love about this vinegar is its amount of sugar which leads to high carbs. I usually don't like to take in this many carbs in a dressing but it is definitely worth the occasional treat!

Slightly sweet vinegar
It took me a little bit to figure out how to best use this agave vinegar. I hadn't ever used it before, so I wasn't sure what to expect or how to add it to my regular cooking. This vinegar is slightly sweet and has a lot going on flavor-wise. I thought it was a nice addition to a salsa I made and then I used it to make fish (tilapia) tacos. We are still playing around with it, and I look forward to incorporating it into more dishes.
