It is nicely made, and comfortable to use. The pins are very sturdy and it looks like it will last a very long time. It comes with instructions, but I was confused, so I watched a video online. I am using crochet thread and getting beautiful cord. I am using a large T-pin to pull the loops instead of the tool provided because it is easier with the smaller thread. I may end up buying a crank version because this does make my hands tired if I do it for very long. Once you get going, it's hard to put down. This is a nice way to start making cord before deciding on a more expensive option. You can't choose your color, if that matters to you. I got green and it is pretty! The plastic is sorta see-through.

Just like picture, I got yellow like the picture but I like the description but still does its job and is easy to use. Metal poles do bend a bit but bending it back into place after a while works just fine (may be because of my tight tension)
