I mix a scoop in my coffee every morning then put a scoop in hot water with a little chicken bouillon and sip like a warm broth. This helped me to lose over 30 pounds in five months.

I bought this because my joints started to have problem after many years of exercise. Since boiling bone takes forever so I decided to try this .I have to say my tolerance with foods is very high . I can swallow most of the foods as long as they are good for me.This bone broth powder is one of the most challenging foods that I have ever swallowed. After blended the powder it created tons of foam !!! Is the foam that made me want to vomit ... I am not if the foam is good for me or not so I force myself to ingest it anyway. This was extremely challenging . And I can taste the “bone” . It is not completely tasteless .Btw, I wasn’t reading the instruction so For the first attempt , I mixed it with water and tried to mix it with spoon. It was an impossible task ! It became super sticky (see second picture).I tried to make it into chocolate smoothie , no foam ! Taste nice! But lots of calories ! (I counted , it is about 600 cals! : ingredients : coconut milk, dates, cocoa powder, and bone broth powder). I am not going to let a smoothie takes away more than 1/4 of my daily calories intake. So I tried second time to blend the bone broth powder with water. Of course , lots of foam was formed. I let it sit overnight and the foam reduced and I managed to swallow it in few second (see last picture which I have added turmeric , pepper and Amal powder: things that I have to eat everyday ). I have to say it taste really bad. I have a pc if chocolate standby to cover the after taste.I will still continue drinking this because I love my joints too much and I need to exercise.My only problem is the FOAM .

I bought this product for different reasons. As I am getting older my hair is thinning and I am loosing muscle mass. I also have a lot of problems with my hands. I have a lot of pain. Collagen is suppose to help with several issues. I have used it only twice. The first time I mixed it in my yogurt and the taste was so bad, I thought it was going to come back up. After the first bite, I would take a deep breath and swallow fast just trying to get it down. I finally got it down and the next morning my hands felt better. I am pretty sure it was this product that made my hands feel better. This morning I put the scoop in a glass and added lukewarm water, just enough to be able to swallow it in one gulp. I was able to get it down a lot better that way. I will not be able to add it to other things, because the taste is so bad it ruins the flavor of what I am eating. It says on the package that it is unflavored, not flavorless. That was my mistake thinking that I would not be able to taste it. I have always bought another bone broth powder with collagen that is totally TASTLESS, so I assumed this one would be. I am having trouble finding that product, so this is why I bought this brand. Unless I can find a way that I can ingest this that I can stand, I will not be buying this product again. I am hoping, because I really think this is a good product.

I love this bone broth! I’m eating a Carnivore meal plan and I should only have meat, eggs, water, and plain coffee. I looked into bone broth for the collagen and nutrients. Another high priced brand was not an option, so I compared different brands and Viva Deo is the one I ordered. I don’t really like plain coffee so I switched to this bone broth- I add a scoop to a mug of hot water and it dissolves completely. I add a little grass fed butter and salt to my taste. It’s delicious and I drink it in the mornings instead of coffee.

After watching a segment about leaky gut, I was ready to start taking control over my diet and overall physical, mental, and emotional well being. I heard that bone broth with celery juice promotes gut health and is great to use together in an effort to combat leaky gut. I received this item yesterday, but have not tried it yet so I cannot review on the quality itself which is why I am only giving it 4 stars. Really though, the customer service was 5 stars all the way! I received an email from Christina who is the co-founder upon the delivery of this item. I am sure many customers receive the same message, but the thought behind the message such as: giving a background into the company itself (family owned business - YAY!), the benefits of bone broth, as well as providing an open discussion for any questions or concerns really was a nice touch to the conclusion of my order. If you are hunkering down and thinking about your gut health as well and are in the market for bone broth, I highly recommend ordering from this company. They are reliable and provide excellent customer service.

I love this bone broth! I bought it to help lose some weight. I have used it twice a day for 8 months and have lost 30 pounds. Since using it I have been able to come off of 1 BP pill and 2 other meds. My migraine headaches are gone & my gut issues have resolved. I still eat an evening meal so I'm not over loaded on protein. My sugar cravings are gone. I don't taste any flavor in my morning cup of broth or my afternoon smoothie. It blends easily in hot water & in the smoothies. I really hope this comes back into production. I don't want to have to start on another product because this is such a great product for the price!

It tastes and smells awful , I could not take more than a sip of this broth . It might have health benefits but the taste and smell is just not pleasant
