strong and salty, can use more water if want less flavor/salt. Yum!
I LOVE this. I typically toss 1 sachet into a mug, pour 8 ounces (or more!) of hot water over it. Let steep. I keep my sachet in, but it could be squeezed and taken out. I find that the 8 ounce amount tastes really good, but strong and kinda salty. I think 10 ounces is good when I want it a tad weaker. But you make adjustments according to your preference. Could be double brewed, albeit the "broth" will be very very light tasting. Still, nice way to get a little extra.I usually drink it plain, as a way to warm up or simply fill my belly. Sometimes I add a few bits of leftover food (ie, veggies, carb, and/or protein) to make a super simple, super quick "soup".I havent tried other flavors, but will do so. I think though that this "pho" is likely to be my fave. With one sachet this has become a pantry staple for me. I love it when I want something warm, but dont want tea or coffee yet also dont want a meal yet.

My favorite
The pho is my favorite flavor of this brand. I use it to encourage myself to consume more water and snack less. And this time of year it’s nice and warming. It’s savory without being salty. It’s a great deal for the price. It can easily go anywhere with you. Easy to brew, delicious!

More than a plain broth
My coworker gave me a few of these to try and now that I had them all I can't go on without my own. They are not what I expected at all. They are full of robust flavors that will fill your taste buds with pleasure. They would make a great base for Japanese noodles, but I like them just out of the microwave and down the hatch. Ill drink one while waiting for a meal and then don't need the meal as much so good dieting. This is the only food purchase I have made on Amazon and I plan on making these a staple in my diet. I love them. Thanks to whoever came up with this product. I am eagerly awaiting the delivery guy.

Interesting Pho-lavor
We've tried all of the flavors of Millie's Sipping Broth, and I think this is one of the most interesting, with its Pho-lavor...Most flavors of Millie's sipping broths tend to have pretty much the same rather basic, but mostly satisfying, flavor. This one adds a little something extra... an aromatic and savory light sweetness that gives it a richer, more complex flavor (even if I can't quite identify exactly what is that extra added flavor!) All I can say is that it has a nice taste. As with all of the Millie's sipping broths... for afternoons or late evenings when the stomach is rumbling a bit, but it's just not yet time for a meal, these sipping broth packets made like a tea pick-me-up serve to satisfy well and keep hunger at bay.Good alternative to a sugary, salty, fatty calorie-rich but nutrition-empty snack...These are super low in calories, and yet still provide a flavor with a touch of sweetness, a touch of salty... and a sense that you're almost having a cup of SOUP! (very thin soup, mind, but kind of soupy flavor!)Try all of the flavors and see which one best appeals!

So good!
I really like these broths, they taste super good! Sometimes I drink them and others I actually use them as a base for plain ramen noodles. I think the value for the money is good and they are really easy to make (just steep in hot water and remove!)

not like pho
This does not taste like pho--it reminds me of dry Lipton chicken noodle soup broth with a little more spice. It makes for a good broth for a snack and I've added chicken and veggie pieces to give it a little more flavor. It does seem to have a lot of salt flavor with a kick of spice, not a bad cup of soup, but definitely not pho.

Interesting Broth
First time trying this broth. At first I didn't understand how this taste like pho broth but as I gradually took each sips it dawned me that it might have similar taste. Each comes with it's own teabags. It did warn if you add too much water it will definitely dilute the taste. So measure accordingly. Overall not bad.
