Easy to install
Put on 2021 , 2500 Dodge CrewCab.Installation was a breeze make sure you have a magnet on a stick. About 1 to 2 hours to install. Looks good, nice and small. Hopefully they will last a while.

They need an instruction video.
The product was delivered promptly but there was a small dent in the driver's side running board. I requested they send me just the running board - not the whole box again. The company requested photos etc and then sent me a whole new box. The new Ram requires a lot of to work to get the bolt/bracket in at first. And once you have the running board bracket attached to the truck, you still need to bolt it below. So there's actually 4 bolts that need installation. The directions were useless and there were no videos for this model.

Great product with affordable price.It fitted prefect on RAM 1500.No more clawing to get in the car.

Easier to install if you have a lift.
They were ok to install but I have few questions for RAM as to why they changed the bolt pattern which made it a bit slower and more difficult.

Nice product
I am very happy with the running boards. They installed quickly, about 1.5 hours. Only issue is I was shorted 1 washer. Not a huge issue just annoying.

Ease of install and all necessary parts
Use to replace old steps with damage to factory threaded holes these steps came with all necessary replacement hardware...thought I was going to have to Jerry rig somehow but no need...great product
