We were happy to find a matching towel rack from Moen that fits with our existing faucets. The product is compact, fits in many spaces and is easy to install.

This is a very nice shelf for the bathroom. It is a lovely shape and color. It can hold a good number of towels and wash cloths. We hoped it would fit on the wall above the toilet but it was 24" and was too big. It really was beautiful.

Our walk-in shower needed a sturdy towel rack. This is luxury-hotel sturdiness and appearance. Arrows indicate the parts that are solid metal, not hollow - nice surprise. Installation made easy with clear instructions and includes helpful hole pattern sheet for mark & drill. It was worth the extra money in comparison to what was out there when shopping online. It arrived well packed and within two days. Thank you for the quality product. Highly recommend.

This is a nice towel rack. The one I received was blemished and bent, but I was able to fix it good enough to use. I should have returned it, but I already drilled holes in the wall to mount it before I discovered the rack was bent and finish blemished. So I did not want to leave holes in the wall without mounting it since we had house guests on the way!

We just bought a condo with some very "interesting" western rope-looking towel holders in the bathroom. Wanted to update with something not cowboy-themed and a bit more luxurious looking. We hung this towel rack above our toilet, like you'd see in a hotel. Looks very nice! Holds 2 folded hand towels with folded washcloths on top on the lower bar and an extra set of guest towels folded on the shelf. Since this towel shelf was quite pricey, we just did some hooks by the shower/bath for bath towels and completely eliminated the need for a regular towel bar or one of those ring things for holding hand towels. Made a huge difference in a small bathroom, eliminated a lot of visual clutter from multiple bars and rings and things. Very happy with the look!Quality-wise, the rack itself seems sturdy and made of good materials. Nice, true satin nickel finish. I did end up using my own wall anchors as I couldn't for the life of me get the included ones to "unfold" in the wall like they were suppose to. I have done a lot of DIY projects and mounted numerous things on walls, and never had an issue before with wall anchors not working.

Looks very good, feels and is solid. Was worried about (whether warranted or not) multiple other models that lacked any additional lower or upper support, this one screws from the top, then also has the bottom "feet" supporting it, so you know this one ain't bending or moving.Super cool retro hotel look is nice too.

It isn't up yet, but I feel that the wall connectors could have been more substantial. Otherwise a nice looking, well built shelf

How many times do you buy a do-it-yourself install and you get instructions that have been photocopied so many times they are unreadable or the print is so small you need Grandpa's magnifying glass to make it out? Well, Moen made it easy and the item fit as it should. Their products have a good finish and stand up to years of use.

This is a handsome, heavy duty chrome towel rack that exudes quality.The included paper template for locating the holes on the wall is most useful; however, due to the close tolerances of how the metal hardware studs fit into the 2 mounting receptacles on the back of the rack, very accurate measuring for the wall holes is required - or it just won't easily fit.Otherwise, it is a wonderful product that really looks good in out new bathroom.TAM

The style of the towel shelf matched well with our bathroom accessories and does not look "institutional". Mounting system is easy to install and very secure.
