I have a TON of really thick, wavy hair that is prone to frizz. I have never put much effort into trying to give my hair a decent looking blow out. The few attempts I have made in my lifetime have produced horrific results, so I gave up hope along time ago. I can't even remember the last time I owned a round brush. I recently changed my hair style and now have straight across bangs, I thought owning a round brush would help me style my bangs better. I had ZERO expectation of this brush actually working to style my whole head of hair- it surpassed every expectation I had of a round brush. This brush has changed everything!! The first attempt I was barely trying, I used my really average (I'm sure I didn't pay more than $30 for it) blow dryer that does happend to have a nozzle attachment which I used for the first time since I've owned the blow dryer. I didn't have to watch a single you tube video or tutorial, I started at the bottom of my scalp, sectioning off the top pieces of my hair much like I do when I use my flat iron. HOLY COW!! I seriously never imagined my hair would look that good just using a blow dryer and a round brush. This brush REALLY works, even with more challenging hair types. It is worth every penny!

This brush works great! I was using a wooden brush with boar hair for the longest time because all of the information I read online said that was the way to go. They were wrong! At least for my hair type. I have thick, but fine hair, and the boar bristles from my wooden brush were too harsh on my strands. I didn't realize how much it was damaging my hair. This metal barrel brush made me see the light! Now my hair dries much faster, and the bristles don't snag my hair like I thought it would. I highly recommend this brush if you have fine or thin hair and need a delicate styling tool.

Easy to use, lightweight

I have been using the Technique 350 Round Brush 1.5" for over five years and think it's wonderful. I also have larger versions that are terrific for styling.The 350 staightens and curles my hair, depending what I want to do, with very little effort. Unlike some more expensive brushes, it leaves my fine, curly, and wavy hair smooth with very little frizz. I use it along with an IONIC hair dryer and the combination produces great hair. It is very easy to keep clean and the bristles last forever.I think you'll enjoy it very much.

As other reviewers have mentioned, there are counterfeits being sold. The brush I received did not Have "Cricket" imprinted on the handle. I compared it to my other Cricket brushes bought at salons or at Ulta and it looked to be identical in size, weight and design except for the product imprinting on the handle. I've used the brush for a while now and I really can't tell a difference between this brush and my other Cricket brushes, this brush works fine.

Have bought several of these for myself and daughter. They are the perfect brush for blow drying.

My hair stylist was using one of these at my last hair cut, so I asked the brand because the size is perfect for my short hair. The thing I like is that it doesn’t get tangled in my hair as I’m drying it. It’s extremely easy to use, and typically I struggle with using round brushes while blow drying my hair, but due to its size and the way it’s made, it’s really perfect my needs.For point of reference, my hair thick and coarse, and an odd mix of curly, wavy and straight. The layered strands are 2”-3” long.

I have been buying these brushes for many years now. They have a rubber handle so it is comfortable for holding and rolling. The metal base holds the heat in the brush to give that curl when using the blow dryer. there is a hidden pick in the bottom of the handle that comes out and when turned around and re-inserted it acts as a separator or for parting hair. This brush does not make your hair frizzy when used with a blow dryer. I love them, and will keep getting them when they wear out.

I have thin, wavy hair and this brush is the best I have tried for blowing my hair out smoothly. The brush just moves through my hair so easily. Will buy another in a different size.

This was the perfect size for what I wanted.Have even ordered a second one as a back up.

It's a basic cermamic comb, durable and works well on my curly hair.
