The media could not be loaded. I love it. Be careful when you fill with water and turn it on. If you don’t have the ball in place, water will shoot out. Other than that, I have no issues

This is a cute little Fountain but unfortunately I don't know if it's because of the ball at the top or what the problem is but the water when he gets to a certain level will start splashing out the sides and running down the sides . after putting a lower water level higher water level tried it with the ball on top without the ball on top and it still runs water down the side it takes a while to drain it out but it will eventually drain it out probably within a day which is a shame because I bought it for my reptile habitat and my gecko loved it but when I went in and lifted up her mat there was like half inch of water in the bottom of her terrarium where it had been overflowing so I took it out to test it on my counter and sure enough it runs out it'll be good for like an hour or two and then it'll start slowly rerouting down the side of the fountain

The fountain worked well. Looked and sounded nice. After a couple of weeks, the pump was rattling a little, so I pulled it out to check on it, and the connection nipple to the hose broke off. It is made of EXTREMELY thin plastic and wouldn't stand up to much use. So now the fountain does not work.

So unique, not loud but calming. Love it!!!!

This brings such great peace, tranquility and warmth in the room,. We love aesthetics, so this fits perfectly in our home. No assembly required, this is well put together. Kinda pricey but it is a great way to start the day watching the lighted color and running water is very relaxing.

PROS: Nice little fountain! The resin material is well moulded, sturdy, and nicely painted. I have a similarly made fountain that's over 20 years old, so I'm fairly confident there should be no issues with the material.The pump is very quiet and the cascading water has a lovely splashy sound. And the rotating ball on top with the changing light effect is so nice! (They even include an extra ball in case one gets lost.)The water reservoir is at the back of the fountain and need about 2 cups of water. It takes a bit to wiggle the pump and the water hose in place because of the cramped space.CONS: I see no way to clean the pump from sediments. Other water pumps I have all have a removable filter, or at least the pump can be opened up for cleaning. Not having a way to clean the pump will likely cause clogging in the future.I have been only running this fountain for a couple of days, but it seems it needs daily refill. This is probably the result of having a small reservoir combined with water evaporation. I haven't noticed any splashing outside the fountain, but I set up mine outdoors and wasn't watching it all day. I will just have to remember to fill it up every day or unplug it. One easy way to tell that the water is low is that the ball stops spinning.Currently there is only one light option; the small LED lights slowly change from one color to the next. This is very nice, but I would like to see user-controllable light options like turning the light off, only selecting one color, and different light effects. It would also be nice if the lower tiers of the fountain also have lights to highlight the cascading water. Right now, when it's dark, you can only see the top of the fountain with the spinning ball, and the rest of the fountain pretty much disappears in darkness.Overall, I'm happy with this little fountain, and I feel the price is just right. Yes, there are some features that could be improved or upgraded, but there is nothing really serious to complain about in its current state. I like it and I'm happy that it's just the perfect size for one of the shelves in my fairy garden.

Run away- fast. I've literally had this for 3 days. At first it was perfect and what I was looking for but it straight up stopped working. I'm so irritated because I threw away the box so I can't return it.
