When you have it on the teeth it is vibrating so fast that it breaks up the tartar and plaque. So people saying it doesn't vibrate are right and wrong. Its not going to be vibrating in your hand, but it will on your teeth. It will also stop vibrating when it hits your gums. Due to my body chemistry I have always suffered from plaque and tartar buildup even though I brush regularly and floss multiple times daily. I hate smiling as a result out of embarrassment. Used this ONE TIME and it removed ALL of the tartar buildup. Switching to a different head revealed that stains I thought were permanent came off after a few passes. Can’t describe how much this helped. Easy to use, didn’t cause any pain. I have a little tenderness today but it’s been less than 24 hours and I feel like I had a deep cleaning in the convenience of my own home.

I can only handle this thing in small doses (a shot of vodka helps too), but WOW. This thing literally explodes the plaque off your teeth. It's works crazy good. I was highly skeptical but I'm shocked at how well this thing works.First time, touched it to my gumline and a half second later there is white "foam" coming off my teeth, like wet baking soda consistency - it was the turning my plaque to powder! I couldn't believe how much was below the gumline and in-between my teeth. This device removes all of it. You basically just keep at it until the white foam stops, then move on to the next tooth. I cannot wait for my next dental appointment.But beware: only do it in small doses as it is STRONG and your teeth will be a little sore and your brain will be a little rattled. Just take it easy, maybe do one tooth a day or so. I'm using it in Normal mode and I cannot imagine Super Strong mode.But this thing WORKS. The fine pointy bit is perfect for getting in between my crowded few teeth and blasting the plaque out.

This is immensely helpful for those "in between" dentist visits. It charged up rather quickly and had a nice feel when holding in the hand. The plaque remover is a great compliment to my daily sonicare daily use...The good news, one can minimize the time spent in the dentist chair for routine cleanings. It is easy to use and removed the plaque rather quickly and no pain...Helpful hint, the charging port is at the bottom of the device...you won't regret this purchase.

This seemed to work incredibly well, I was impressed by how quickly and easily it broke up a little tarter build up under my retainer wire on my lower teeth. I try to floss, but the wire makes it hard to consistently hit the right spot, and this was a great "clean up" tool.Would recommend!

Bella scoperta, durano anni, usandoli poco e un pacco mega però l'importante per noi è il fatto che siano di cotone e bambù non sbiancato, senza plastica e biodegradabili, da non inquinare in giro e validi per le orecchie.

Man läuft nicht Gefahr sich mit dem Stäbchen zu verletzen, weil sich die Watte verabschiedet hat.Das Produkt überzeugt auch hinsichtlich Umwelt und Nachhaltigkeit.
