After I almost finished the bottle, I discovered itching on my face and nasal passages every time I would take this via water or yogurt. Before I purchased, I noticed that there weren’t any seals or certifications, but I did not worry about that. But once I started feeling the itchiness, I grew concerned. I analyzed the bottle…no organic certifications, or seals. Started to wonder…what on earth was I taking? Not to say that it did not work collagen wise. But how exactly is it manufactured or sourced? I spent extensive time on their site and could not get reputable information. Fact is, I ( KNOW ) how good collagen is, but what makes This product better than competitors? Are they using the word Salmon in order to sell this? Still, it’s not to say that it is not “Salmon.” My allergic reaction could have come from the lemon flavor which is added. But, I like to see certifications like, GMP facility, ISO 9001, etc., ensuring that it’s free of containments, AND that they go through random inspections. Again, this is neither on their site or packaging. Anyone can say anything...and anyone can have a blog. But having visual certifications or logos speak louder than words for me.The size is exactly what you get: 1.23oz. That is less than a 2oz jar of face cream just to give some of you an idea. The photo as of now, show the jar being completely full. However, that is not the case as it is by weight not volume! The jar comes about two-thirds empty, yes empty. I knew that amount prior to ordering, however, the photo that they show may mislead you which again add to many questions.The product is on sale now, at $75 but I paid $95 for mine. I honestly think that’s such a Huge markup with all things considering. In fact, I now take lyophilized Marine collagen of a different brand teeming with certifications and their price is actually right around the “sale” price of this. Plus I get more. I’ve opened the capsules, analyzed and they’re great. No odor. Nothing being used to possible cover up odor. No additives.I hate leaving sad reviews which is why I took a while. But this is what reviews are all about: the positive, and sometimes the negative.

I used one jar (cost $95) which lasted a little over one month.I saw no results at all. I messaged with the agent of the company who told me that results will not be seen in one month's time. It will take at least three months to see noticeable results.But I tried another collagen product, Pure Marine Collagen Peptide Powder (cost $17.81 from seller Skin on Amazon), and with that product I saw noticeable improvement within two weeks. I will be reordering from Skin.The improvements I saw was thicker, fuller hydrated hair, and my skin began to have a glow. So, I will not be buying Salcoll Collagen again.This product may work well for most people with time. It is not worth it to me to give it time when another product works beautifully more quickly at a fraction of the price.

Collagen saved me 5 years ago from having a back surgery. I saw the information on TV and decided to give it a try. At that time I was already scheduled to have the surgery.
