Original Sony RMF-TX621U Remote Control with Voice, Backlight and high end Metal Case

The remote says SONY all over it, the non OEM remotes do not. It worked immediately with my Sony Z9K 2022 TV and all the functions work, plus it adds the number buttons they removed to make the new fancy remotes smaller.I later officially paired it to my TV with Bluetooth and no problems, still works great.I don't think you can beat the price they ask for this either and you'll at least have a spare or a upgrade compared to what you have now.

Great remote worked perfect, purchased for a Sony X900H and it works better then the plastic remote my TV came with.

This remote isn't a genuine Sony remote and some functions didn't work properly... at least for me. Genuine Sony Aluminum remotes have a raised embossed Sony emblem instead of a painted script.

This will be the third remote that I have ordered from Amazon and this will be the third remote that I’m sending back. It paired perfectly and so easy. But it will not change the channels. It will only increase and decrease the volume. A very nice remote. It has the voice control and it also has a backlight. Two of the most important things I was looking for. But of course, if the remote does not work properly what good is a backlight and a voice control?

This is the second remote I purchased. Same exact remote as my first (still working fine) remote. The bluetooth on the second remote works but the IR function does not work at all so it won't control my cable set top box. Amazon is sending me a replacement free of charge.

I had bought one of the $25 knock-offs of this remote. It had spongy, unreliable buttons. This remote is the actual Sony branded version. The buttons on this remote are reliable and provide a satisfying click when pressed. What a difference!

Over all nice, over priced I only bought it because I thought it was led back light. It’s not. But out side of that it works great but save some money get the all plastic it works just fine. I lost mine during a move.

My new Sony X90L is a great TV that comes with a simple slim remote that works great but was missing two important functional features which is the number pad and a backlight. This remote has both of those features and makes using the TV an overall easier experience. The remote pairs easily with the TV and to use features like the microphone for google, you must go into the settings for the TV and pair the remote, I believe that you can only have one remote paired at a time (through Bluetooth), my original TV remote still works by infrared but the mic does not work anymore with the new remote now paired to the TV. It’s considerably bigger than the OEM remote. There are a few buttons that don’t work with my TV, but overall it’s great.

When your recieve the remote there are no instructions or manual with it. Out of the package the remote "kind of works" so it's easy to think it's defective - I almost returned it. The buttons are slow to operate and the voice mic feature didn't work at all. Luckily after searching around I found a support webpage that gave me this instruction to add the remote to the TV:Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, then select [Settings] — [System] — the desired option. You will want to find: Remotes and AccessoriesAfter that it worked much, much better!

Bought a cheap copy that did not even work. This one was supposed to be an original SONY remote but the performance of the Infra-Red transmitter is very poor. Barely works more than 7-ft from the TV.
