There's not much you can say about an elastic band, except that is well elasticated and stretchy. They fulfil their purpose to my satisfaction, which is to put them on the ends of coat hangers to stop the clothes slipping off. They work well. And if you need an ordinary elastic band for whatever purpose, you have them handy.
