Very tasty, and not too sweet
This brand is a decent balance of dried fruit and nuts. Of course, the dried fruit is almost all sugar, though much better than sugary snacks as you still get lots of fibre. This size of pack is good for keeping with you when you are out about, especially if you want a good energy boost when the shopping or travelling is getting wearisome. I find these are a good size to keep with me when shopping etc, so I can dip into the pack for a taste of something sweet and healthy to keep me going. Far better, for me at least, than most cereal bars or chocolate fingers, as they are natural and fairly healthy if you don't overdo it and end up with a bit of a "sugar high". Recommended.
