Very happy with this product. It does its job of projecting pretty and relaxing images well. Easy to use too. The speaker function is quite weak if, for some bizarre reason, you were expecting high quality sounds, but again, it does its job. The egg itself is good looking as it sits on the shelf, and certainly less obvious than a little spaceman or whatever. So, for the price, I'm quite impressed and use mine virtually every night once it gets dark.

This item is beautiful very relaxing theres a sleep mode built in speaker with white noise and remote control usb charger which is easily connected to a plug socket very pretty and 4 colour themes nebula effect and stars.I did have a small fault with my item and I am pleased to say the seller replaced my item even though I was keeping it with the fault as didnt want to send it back.I had a lovely surprise when a parcel came to the door with a new dinosaur egg 🥚 today I was over whelmed thank you so much for going above and beyond to replace my purchase I would 100% recommend this seller very satisfied happy customer thanks again 😃🥚

First off a GREAT seller as I thought it had a slight fault, but the seller sent me a new unit WOW, anyway Ive got it on top of a book case and tilted to the opposite corner of the room allmost covers the hole ceiling, you can dim it in three stages, have red/blue/green/white then theres mixed colours and then green stars going in and out, also there are sounds like rain storm/train/birds singing and more, put the top on and you have a low level night light, it has a off timer of 4 hours if not set and 1 hour/2 hour, I have it on when reading at night better than just a black room.

I have no way of being able to get in contact with anyone about my item? Why do Amazon make it so hard? They've said the returns window has closed and there is no other option to get in touch? I think it's very unreasonable that the item has broken within 2 months of having it? But Amazon say the 30 day returns window has closed? I need to reach out to the manufacturer and there is no contact info at all. Consumer rights issues here as my item is faulty within 2 months of buying it. The star feature flickers and seems glitchy. Now the nebula feature no longer moves? It's completely stationary. I have tried resetting and using all the features on the remote to try and fix it but nothing is working. I love how Amazon just wash your hands with you after 30 days.Update: Itememporium reached out to me direct and have been outstanding at resolving my issues. They issued a replacement and a spare remote. Absolute top marks for customer service. It's just the Amazon app that makes it difficult to contact the seller. No fault of the seller. I have received my replacement and I'm enjoying sitting with the galaxy light. Great light and very relaxing. Lots of different features and colours to choose from depending on your mood. Speaker feature is an added bonus as you can play relaxing music for even greater effect. Highly recommend.
