The fingerprint reader messes up sometimes and I get locked out of the house, it’s happened 3 times already in 2 weeksThe lock will not work until you connect it to the app. And to do this you must agree to share some data with china.I don’t think this is a fare practice. The lock should work out of the box without you needing to connect my phone and allow you access.Otherwise a sturdy lock, just shady advertising and shady data mining practices.Wouldn’t buy if I knew it didn’t work out of the box

It’s fairly easy to install and setup. Thumbprint works great unless you have grease or dirt on your fingers. The Bluetooth is cool but WiFi would have been a better idea for this thing. If you’re not within Bluetooth range you can’t remotely unlock it but for the price this is a great product.

I tried asking company for troubleshooting advice after fingerprint reader stopped working. Never heard back from them.

The title says it all, I've had to break into my house multiple times. I have a hide a key but that only works until I put it in my pocket and forget to put it back. As long as I don't let the batteries die this solves my problems. It is pretty easy to install, it has the template for drilling holes and such. Setup was also easy. I really like how it's got multiple ways to unlock, keypad, thumb and mini card. Great buy for the price.

it works if, you have an endless supply of batteries 4aa every 3 days. if your gone more than 3 make sure you have the equipment to deal with your lock or, pay the locksmith because once the batteries are dead that pos is a fishing sinker. i liked the concept but finger print I’d did not work constantly. a little cut on finger,dirt on hands. forget it.
