Great drainage and these are great for bottom watering! The black tray just pops on and off and is ever easy to do so! I have two propagations in these, and I love that they fit in between the shelves on my plant stand! So I can fit more plants in the stand!

What's not to like ?Pros: Easy to put together & use. Captures excess water in separate (but connected ) base.Nice looking white withe grey base.Caution: as this is plastic, it may become brittle over time from sun exposure.Needs a minimum 2.5 inch or larger ledge to perch on.

These planters are perfect for growing succulents! It's hard to find planters with good drainage, and these are designed specifically to allow maximum drainage with no mess. There is a small area at the bottom for excess water to drain into and evaporate so there's no need for anything extra to catch the water running through the soil. These are my favorite succulent planters and look great in my office!

I grow succulents and cuttings and for these little plants these pots are great! They're sturdy, have a clean sleek design, and actually work as intended. I've gotten other pots that have an attached water tray and either the tray overfills without you knowing (and possibly killing plants from root rot) or they clog up. Neither of these situations have happened with these pots. The water drains without clogging and any excess can easily be poured out. At the moment I only have one cutting ready for planting but when my other cuttings are ready I know I'll use the other five of these cuties. As a plus for me, not only do these work and look good, their square design will allow for more plants in a smaller space. Which is great since I don't always have much room to put the cuttings in winter. The only down side I've come across is that the water tray doesn't "click" completely and so there's a very thin gap between pot and tray. It's not really noticeable and doesn't seem to have any negative impact, but it is there. Overall great little pots for little plants!

This is a nice set of plastic pots for the price, but I'm not sure if the plants will receive enough water the way the planters are made. Also, when attaching the bottoms to the pots, there is a small gap between the pot and the base. No matter how hard I try, I cannot get the gap to close. I'm afraid if I push any harder, the little leg pieces will break. The gap is driving my OCD through the roof.

I have been getting more and more plants. As I do I want to put them in the best planters I can get so they can be watered and actually be out of the ones from the nursery. When these arrived they are not what I thought they would be but they are nice. I thought they would be bottom watering planters instead they just have a good drainage system which is great. There is a area at the bottom of the planer that allows air in and the water to not soak the roots. I have found that my succulents work great in these.
