Ace Personal Trainer Manual: The Ultimate Resource for Fitness Professionals

I go this book to prepare for my ACE certification exam. But it really does contain a bunch of useful information for anyone seeking to grow in their knowledge of fitness and exercise. I wish I'd read this when I started training over 10 years ago. It would have been far more beneficial than all of the goofy fad books I ended up reading.This book is well written, organized in a logical manner, full of clear illustrations and a pleasure to work your way through. I can't recommend the ACE resources enough. From this older manual to their online tutorials, they are really showing that they care about getting people healthier and happier.

I got this for my wife. I was a little nervous buying a copy marked as used. I found when I got it a book that looked as good as if I had picked it out off the shelf myself. My wife is taking classes to become a trainer and i have boxed and competed in natural bodybuilding contests. The book is excellently laid out and easy to follow. Pick up copy to become Trainerr or just further your health knowledge.

Becoming a personal trainer is not that difficult. Most people who want to be personal trainers already know most aspects of health and fitness. This book is designed to help you pass the ACE exam, but it is an older version. Read cover-to-cover twice, and purchased extra classes and practice exams. I did not have to buy the newest manual to pass the exam. Great manual, but might be outdated by the time you buy.

This guide is excellent and has some very goo information if you are going to become a personal trainer. I'm using this book for my personal trainer class in college and couldn't be more satisfied with the book. Also the book for the most part was in excellent shape which makes me even more happy with the purchase.

The description of the book says it all. I took my ACE and passed with this book but its the whole purpose of the book to start with. Defiantly worth picking up to study for the test.

The shipping took absolutely FOREVER. Well over two weeks to get here. When I received this textbook it was in used condition as I knew ahead of time, but the packaging wasn't professional at all. It was in a bag, not even a box to protect it. In any case, the textbook gets the job done, the material itself is excellent, ACE is the way to go!

Bought this book used to replace the book I had that was missing 40 pages. It was in excellent condition at much less the price I had to pay for my other book. This is a great book. Full of great information.
