Essentially these aren't binoculars, they are a video camera with night vision in the shape of binoculars! Even better! The screen is big and bright with good resolution. I can see my entire backyard in great detail when it is pitch black out. Some notable features include: two modes (switch between night vision and regular color), records still images and video at the touch of a button onto the included SD card, lots of zoom, smooth autofocus, and even include a 1/4" x 20 threaded hole for mounting on a tripod! My only two cons are I wish you could adjust the brightness level on the screen and the bag it comes in is merely a dust bag. It would be nice if it came in a more protective carry case. Overall I highly recommend as they will prove to be a handy tool as well as impress your friends!

Pros:- color night vision, pretty decent- rechargeable- SD card for photos and videoCons:- a bit large and heavy, wish it was smaller- user controls bit hard to see (black on black)- viewer brightness in dark messes with your night vision- auto-focus is slow, sometimes misses the markOverall, this is a great value. It has some minor issues, as above, but for the money, its pretty excellent. I've only used it to watch my street at night but I'm sure it has a lot of other uses. Nice to be able to shoot videos and take photos with it. Works great in the day as well as night. Only real annoyance is that the auto focus takes a few seconds sometimes at night, and sometimes does not find the right focal plane so you have to override it with some manual focus. Again, overall its a great value.

I paid $290 almost for a new product. It arrived opened and clearly previously used. Would not turn on.

This is a tough one to review. At this price point yes you get color night vision, but clarity is around 720. BW Ir works at 1080, the clarity is not crystal clear. Ww always want the best, but for this price you get color from 1988 TV quality in my personal opinion.As for a buy, depending on what you are looking for. I'm contemplating on return becUse I don't get the quality I need.This weekend will be the test for me. If bw was crystal like others at lower price I without a doubt would keep, but there is wash out when close to objects.Hope this helps.

I purchased this in December, 2023. It only worked well twice and now will not come to focus. I engaged support chat and they were unable to correct the problem and gave me a return code.February 26, 2024 follow up: I have received a second pair and my experience so far is much better. Two points to consider: 1. The seller contacted me and was very interested in making my experience with his product a good one. One thing he pointed out was that the problem solving chat was with an Amazon person and not someone from his business. He mentioned a corrective procedure which was not provided in the chat. The old saying that problems will come up but it is how they are dealt with is what matters is applicable in my case. The seller has made every effort to solve the problem I experienced. He has done everything I could ask to assist. 2. The unit I now have has worked up to expectations so far.

This is a great camera. I love the fact that it has a good optical zoom instead of digital. This is the only camera I found that has auto stabelation for pictures, and it has good night vision. My only real complaint is that they show where you can shoot pictures in vga, 1M,2M,3M,5M,8M, and 10M resolution. Well. this works fine up to 2M resolution, but when you try to use the higher resolutions (like 3,4,5,8,or 10M) the picture comes out with big side borders that squeez and distort the pictures. I really love the camera, and if the company can either show me a work around for this problem, or replace it with one that works, I’ll probably keep it. Unfortunately, I’m not sure how to get a hold of someone at the company. Hopefully, someone from the company will contact me before my return window runs out, or else I’ll probably have to return it and keep looking.

The item arrived used with no wrapping. Pictures from the last owner were stored in the device.Received a replacement and once more, no wrapping, dirty screen and pictures from the last owner in device. Returning again…Regarding the product, the IR produces a large bright spot that makes visibility difficult. The autofocus did not focus ideally and on the desired distance always.

J'ai contacté le vendeur et je lui ai envoyé ces images que je publie ici par exemple j'ai zoomé a 15x (Ajusté en manuel le focus, 1 photo) puis je dézoome a 1x (2 photos). Vous pouvez voir le résultat si c'est embrouillé en dézoomant. Il fait la même chose en zoomant, je dois tout le temps ajuster le focus en manuel. Selon le vendeur, ses réponses disent que c'est tout à fait normal que l'autofocus n'autofocus pas et que je dois a chaque fois ajuster le focus en manuel. Soyez prévenue. En plus, la camera que j'ai reçu est clairement usagé car il n'y avait aucun plastique protecteur, l'écran était sale quand je l'ai reçu, puis il avait pleine charge aussi. 2 étoiles sur 5.

Unfortunately, I ended up getting a rev 1 version of these goggles. The rev 1 versions had the zoom factor embedded in the middle of every photo and video that you took. This made the product useless. How could the manufacturer release something like this?Anyway the seller was not about to do anything to help, so I had to return the product to Amazon.Aside from that, I believe later revisions are better, see almost any video review on line.As for the product, I got an LK550It does have some kind of image stabilization, but it is only for photos, not for videos.The actual lens is a 5-50mm lens, so it only has 10x optical zoom. The binoculars did go up to 20x.There is no way to reduce the brightness of the display.The binoculars do have infrared lighting with, if I remember correctly, 3 levels.And the binoculars do a pretty good job of showing full color when the light level is low.The zooming and fine focusing are done with the up/down arrows. I would rather this was done with a dial or lever.The autofocusing is not really that good. You almost always have to fine tune it. It does get you close though.I would have kept the binoculars if they were a later rev without the problems I had.Amazon . com did have the users manual online for download.
