A Few Loose Stems
Arrived as a few loose stems, most not even attached to the foam plug. I have planted them more in hope than expectation. I stopped buying from Lincolnshire Plants because I was sick of receiving half-dead plants but the problem seems to be endemic.

FROZEN! CRAP!
Every stem was snapped! Was just folded in half and shoved in a bag, in a box. The fact it was partially frozen was poo but that's the weather.
