When I came to open these a few weeks after purchase the pack felt lighter than advertised so I weighed it and it weighed 365g with the packaging, never mind 480g net weight. The Best Before date is 31 December 2018. The box only had a small strip of tape closing it, not fully wrapped so it could have been opened and re-closed. The apricots inside weren't in neat succulent rows as shown in the picture but in a jumbled heap, and there was a piece of polystyrene in the base of the box so it was only half full. The fruit was very dried up and chewy compared to most organic apricots and not pleasant to eat. Very disappointed and not good value. I am very glad I didn't give these away as a 'gift box'.

I used to like these apricots a lot and bought them many times. However, it seems that now they are selling an old batch. They go out of date in December 2018 and this is why they are much cheaper now 3.99 when it used to be 7.99. Today I received a box of these apricots and as soon as I opened it I was extremely disappointed. The apricots I received are covered in some white stuff which looks like sand. It's not sugar. It looks like they went moldy or something. May be even contaminated by insects. No idea what it is but they look absolutely disgusting and inedible! I have attached pictures to show you what I mean. No way I'm going to eat these or buy them again!

Beautifully packed, bit of a swizz as underneath the big juicy top layer were much smaller, drier ones, just chucked into the box, some were inedible. So its a lot to pay for a few apricots, and its a bit of a con. Not appreciated.

Very nice but chewy for my taste

These work out at around the same price as other Organic apricots per Kilo, but in my opinion they are better than others ive tried. They are not hard or small , but chewy, quite large and have a rich sweet flavour. I like the packaging also. A nice change from being sealed in plastic. I would definately buy these again as long as they stayed at a good price.

AVICENNA CONCEPT provides the most delicious sulphur-free apricots ever. My regular choice. I pour boiling water over the desired amount in a bowl, drain it off, then put the fruit into a wide mouthed glass jar and cover with freshly boiled water, screw on the lid and when cool keep in the fridge for exotic juicy nutritious breakfast treats..

These apricots, I think are beautiful and are the best I’ve tasted; over the years I’ve bought a lot of organic, unsulphured apricots and these are to date the best I’ve ever had, I soak them overnight. I have already bought a few boxes, they are a considering the quality, I think a reasonable price.
