I've always known of the film and loved the concept, but somehow never watched it. How has this gem eluded me for so long?!I instantly hit up Amazon to purchase it (preferably on Blu Ray) but knew it was never released in the UK. Any version I could find was either over-priced or region locked.This Korean version (which I initially feared was a counterfeit as I can't find any info regarding it) was the cheapest option. Im pleased to report it does the job nicely.The text on the front and back of the cover is 80% Korean and the rest in English. The print on the cover and disc is perfect.The film itself is in English with Korean and English subtitles available on the menu. Picture and sound is fine - typical DVD quality.The running time of this film on Now TV is 72 minutes. This DVD cover states its 92, but when i played the disc it is 82 minutes long.So glad to own this film, it will definitely be watched again soon!

Paid lots for it but it can’t be played in the UK

Looks like a knock off copy but it works well, as long as you do not mind the lack of features, just put it on and let it play to the end-a classic

Though this was a kids / family movie of the 80s surprisingly it wasn't a film I'd seen before, in today's standards it lacks any cgi or any of the special effects we'd expect of todays movie's but it's still a fun family movie .

Brilliant movie starring some great kid actors. Classic Universal Horror characters decide to terrorise a modern day small community.. what Dracula, Gill Man, the Mummy, Wolfman and Frankenstein's Monster didn't expect was a group of kids in the guise of The Monster Squad to tackle them! Super fun!

I watched this film so many times when I was younger with my sister and cousins and we thought it was the bee's knees. Almost twenty years later I now watch it with grown up fresh eyes and think it is quite silly as the special effects ( well attempt at special effects) is a complete joke and the script is even more of a joke. But I still felt excited to watch it. How sad! But the film has some scary moments and the one liners are classic.It's great for older kids, as I wished I could be in the Monster Squad and how many films do you get in a horror with young kids as the main characters? This is a one of a kind film and if you like horror with humour get it ,if not for you and the nostalgia, for the kids! A couple word of warning - some of the language is bad and some scenes might scare younger children.I was 6 when I watched this and was fine though. It's still GOOD!
