The Crest 3D White Brilliance Alcohol Free Whitening Mouthwash that I ordered arrived frozen solid.I've been using Crest 3D Brilliance for over a year. However, the product that I most recently received is notably different. Is this due to it having frozen solid? Is it safe to use?
