I wouldn't want to put this review. but honestly the kefir I bought from this company never worked. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing it from this company and after I read them I realized that most of them are not satisfactory. I wanted to give this kefir grains time to see if it improved but it never gave me good results. I think that what they send in the small bag to add to it and which is supposed to be for them to recover from the stress of the trip is not useful and I think it is counterproductive, because I already ordered my kefir grains from another company and without sending any extra bag to add to it, in less than a week I have a abundant and delicious kefir. I'm sorry to write this bad review but I don't want other people to spend their money on something that doesn't work.

I am changing my review. The instructions were not complete, and first batch didn't work. you need to feed the grains for 3-5 cycles. They have offered to send a new order, so I am giving them another try. They have good customer service. They replaced my first order, and that is refreshing and shows why small companies need our support. Starting fresh and following the updated instructions. Their replacement went crazy. Very active. The picture is after 3 days. . . I have strained it and added another cup of milk, but I am very happy.

Followed the instructions to the letter and the grains seemed to do nothing. All I ended up with was sour milk. The product said contact for a replacement but now they say they are out of stock so I will have to try another brand I guess.

I hate to leave negative reviews for small businesses, but this was extremely disappointing. I ordered Kefir grains many times before. You want at least one of the cauliflower like more solid Kefir grains, so you can reliably reuse it and it remains in a strainer while the created creamy Kefir goes through . There was literally no grain, just some mush or miniscule grains that disappear through a strainer. Not worth it. Ordered from Fusion Teas after that and got a heaped tablespoon of grains. Poseymum is also good and reliable.

I've been making kefir for like 10 years and these are the worst grains ever. The 1 tsp of grains if it was even a tsp was broken up into tiny pieces. After straining 3 batches they have disintegrated and now I can't make kefir. What a waste of $18. Hopefully the seller makes it right and sends grains that can actually be used. Very disappointing.
