The work!
Works best in small enclosed areas. Inside drawers, under furniture, inside enclosed closets (use more than one based on size), under furniture, and under appliances. The mice hate the smell and it works to keep them away. Just remember they're going somewhere else in you home.We had mice getting into the top shelf of our closet. The ones that avoided the glue traps kept crapping and peeing on the closet shelves and stored clothes. And the @#$!s were persistent, foraying into the closet darn near every night. Two of these on the shelf, one at either end, and no more mice in the closet. Seriously, we were amazed they worked so well. We put two more on the floor and haven't any traces of mice in the closet. The glue traps in the garage started catching mice the day after we put these in the closet.Pros:Natural mouse mouse repellent that works.Safe around kids/pets. Safer after you dip the bags in super hot ghost pepper hot sauce, dry them, and then use them to hold the repellent balls. Dog sniffed/licked them ONCE, now he won't go near them (lol).Great for enclosed areas with like a closet, drawers, storage cabinets, behind the stove, or anywhere that's not subject to airflow.Lightly scented but...Cons:Very strong smell for three or four days. Like the smell you get when walking into a greenhouse nursery 0but dozens of times stronger. The smell isn't repulsive, but the intensity was what made it less than pleasant. It fades in a few days and keeps on working as a mouse repellent even when the smell isn't overpowering.Doesn't really work for open areas unless you have no airflow or use a bunch in one room; we tried using two in the living room but didn't seem to have an effect.

DECEPTIVE
Balls smells wayyyy stronger than mothballs. No mint scent. Difficulty for family members to breathe. One almost passed out. The seller creates all kinds of sentences during the return process that is not applicable to the product. It is programed for an electronic device that they want you to fix. I will be contacting Amazon to report this Seller. Total waste of money. My first time giving a report like this, but it is truthful and accurate. Do NOT waste your money.

Works but not in house
So this item repels anything it's near. The odor is overpowering and unbearable..I bought to repel a mouse that was finding its way into kitchen but the odor was so strong it was making people sick. So I relocated to the garage where it drove away the mouse that was forever trying to get go bird seed I stored their.Recommend for areas that people don't frequent

The smell
I was not expecting the smell to be as strong as it was. They are 10x WORSE than the smell of mothballs. The smell was so strong that it gave me a headache and made my stomach hurt. I had to throw them out
