The media could not be loaded.  I bought this for my grandma and the first time we used it, it wasn’t closing all the way so coffee started leaking thru the middle part. Looks like the thread is faulty. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue but I got no response. What should I do? I cannot use it and it’s brand new.

The first espresso maker was defective, the seller replaced it in LESS than 24 hours. I’m glad to see gray customer service. The second espresso maker works great.

this item does whats it's suppose to do as advertised

It's OK no matter how many times I adjust it when I screw it together I get quite a bit of water leakage out the side. Only bad thing

Ease of use and coffee produced by this unit were excellent, however the quality of the aluminum casting on the base is lacking.Both units I received had porosity/holes through the wall of the boiling vessel and shot hot water/steam when the pressure increased. Makes for a real hazard sitting at your desk making coffee at work...2nd unit, as another reviewer has pointed out, has started corroding within the base after 2 weeks of use. I may have just gotten unlucky twice, but I'd avoid this product if possible.

Not simple to fill in the first place. Poor quality. Steam and coffee escape from every seam on the machine.

The base is leaking water when we try to boil the water to make coffee.Kindly replace the product as it seems as though its defective

After less than 2 weeks of usage, the water container rusted. I returned the unit. very disappointing.

Terrible decision for lower price cheap product. First of all, I got it only 5 months and two problems: A. I saw some of reviewer who had exactly same problem that maker can’t even sit on the base properly! (Looks the photo I took careful); B about just passed three months, the electric connection is on or off , most of times, I need to turn the maker around to make working, usually after 20 -30 seconds, I need to touch the bottom part of maker to see whether it turned hot or not. Really it’s pain in the ass! Secondly, the most unfair story is that I just found out: if you use it in US it has warranty (I don’t know how long) BUT same Amazon company I bought in Canada NO warranty such joke company!! Basically if you are in Canada, you just take lucky pitch after three months return window. I bought last Italy made about hundred dollars that last 7 years and I used almost every day changing five rubber seals. I hope that Amazon.ca brings that product back.
