Not great but not terrible
So the tea basket holes are smaller than what is shown in photo online. Which is good. However I don't see how to use this thing without it being a loose tea mess. Or coffee grounds everywhere. I scraped the basket and use my "House again" tea basket with a lid. And let it steep from the top. The lid does not go on with my basket in it. But it don't leave a mess. This is basically a slim vac sealed thermos from china or Japan. On that note. Domo origato, Amazono.

Everyday Use! Love it! Great Customer Service!
Had this for 4 months now. I love this flask so much I use it everyday; it keeps my coffee warm for about 6 hours and keeps my cool drinks cool for even longer! I had an issue with my first one and reached out to the company and they were amazing!!! Thanks so much I will definitely order again in the future!!!!

Not great
On the photos it looks like the lid is steel . I wanted a bottle with no plastic inside , but the lid is plastic with a metal center . On top of it upon receiving it smth was making noise inside like a piece broke in the bottle and the box was all messed up . It didnt look new. And just looked cheaply made .I'm happy to return it . I dont think it would last long

Just take your money and throw it in the trash.
This travel thermos has a plastic bottom. Need I say more? Well, if you’re still on the fence about buying it, not only does it have a plastic bottom, meaning the cup is not one solid piece and you cannot put it in the dishwasher, but it also doesn’t keep drinks hot or cold for more than a few minutes. I purchased this cup to replaced one I lost during a recent trip. Amazon did not sell my previous one, anymore, so I decided to gamble on this one. Do not purchase, unless you like to throw away money.

Keeps it hot for SO long
This product is literally amazing. It keeps my tea steaming hot for hours. As I speak it has been in there for 6 hours and is still hot. I’ve bought similar kinds for $30 and this one is by far the best at only $11.
