I absolutely love this robe! It's so thick and cozy, and the quality of the material is fantastic—it really does feel luxurious. Even after several washes, the color and thickness of the robe have remained the same, and it still looks brand new. The only thing that kept me from giving it a perfect 5-star rating is that I wish it were a bit longer - it only comes down to my knees, whereas I was hoping for a longer length based on some of the reviews. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, comfy robe.

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and I was looking for something very specific. It had to be thick, heavy, good quality and cotton terry like a bath towel on the inside. This robe was exactly what I wanted and was totally worth the money. It’s very heavy and feels like top quality. The belt for the robe feels like multiple layers of terry cotton with reinforced stitching. The cotton terry on the inside is really soft as well, even before it’s first wash. This was completely worth the money and I’m glad I spent a few extra bucks on this robe over some of the cheaper options that had some questionable reviews.I also wanted to add that this is a nice length robe if you’re particularly tall. My husband is 6’4” and I bought him an XL and it hits him just below the knee

Like most people, I’m hesitant to purchase anything through the mail that requires a size. As I was opening the package, I was being very careful because I knew the odds were very high that I would probably have to return It. I ordered size M/l even though it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything sized this way. It turned out to be perfect. I am 5” 10ish at approximately 180 pounds with a little beer belly. It fit as though it was made to order.The arms and legs length were perfect. The collar is big enough to cover the lower back of your neck or kept down for a great and even look. The three pockets are strategically placed and very comfortable with both hands in the lower two pockets. The material is very lush and feels like it’s something that would be available in a luxurious expensive hotel. I have yet to put it on after a shower or a bath but it’s quite obvious that is very absorbent.I see two negatives that someone may not like but they don’t bother me at all. The sash isn’t long enough to make a full bow. It’s perfect fora half bow which I think is adequate to keep the robe closed.The second possible negative is some people may find the sleeves to be too large. The length is perfect. Like I said earlier, neither of these bother me and it doesn’t affect how great the robe looks and feels when worn.I’m definitely going to order another one because I always like to have two robes available.If you can handle the fact that the slash can not make a full bow and the sleeves are a bit large (still looks good though) then this robe is for you.

I found nothing to dislike like about this product. It fit very well. It survived two washings without anything unraveling. ( In contrast to the two of from another manufacturer I had tried before and returned due to stitch unraveling issues. ) The color is a little bright but I can live with that easily. It should survive several years, at least, with minimal care. It is warm and keeps the chill off. Water absorption is very good and it dries so quickly that you don't even know the moisture was there. The layering of the soft plush with the terry beneath it works great for it is soft on the outside and water absorbent on the inside. I think it was a great "bang for the buck" and am well pleased.

This Alpine Cotton Velour Bathrobe is absolutely superb as described and pictured.The XL/XXL was purchased for generous size of 51” L x 62” W x 22” arm x 30” sleeve.The size was perfectly accurate and did not shrink or change after several wash/dries with lots of dryer fluff,for a body size of 5’7”, 180 lbs, 42” chest, 32” arm. It is a very large and roomy size.The positives are a thick extremely luxurious, very absorbent, soft interior terry and a plush, soft exterior velour that soaks up body moisture quickly after showering and dries quickly too. It's like a big warm towel bear hug. The shawl collar is very deep and thick, the sleeves very, very wide, the long tie belt remains closed, and the pockets big. The color white is rich and does not stain using body lotions or topical pain creams.The minor negatives are the arms are too wide at 10” as more for an elephant leg with the wrists catching on things, and arms are about 2” too long for a regular length. The size L/XL likely should have been offered, for a down size to fit body best.It’s certainly worth the reasonable low price paid as was labeled at $95 and worth more. It should last for years. A quality 100% cotton bathrobe. Recommended.

It says xl to 2x but fits like a Xl still very good and great length. Im 6' 2 and it fits very well. Material is very water absorbable. Great for winter hot tubbing. Very warm. Best bath robe so far.
