I needed something to provide white noice that didn't need internet or my phone. I'm in the middle of no where at base of mountains. This had ocean waves, rain, nature and several others. The colors and stars were a bonus. Loved it so much ordered the astronaut dog as well. Simply DELIGHTFUL. Great bang for your buck and would recommend. I do children's ministry and will be using them in our planatarium.

This thing is so awesome! I bought it for my 14-year-old daughter for her room and we ended up putting it in the living room and having dance parties! I also bought one of those disco lights that throw light all around the room...it paired nicely. Definitely worth the money...humans of all ages would love.

The stand doesn't really fit on his feet, but he doesn't need it to stay upright so it doesn't bother me. I think this one has the best pattern of any of the similar projectors I have tried. The aurora borealis type effect is very nice!I think the astronaut is cute too and I like the moving arms. The head is adjustable to change the direction of the light.One thing I ran into is that I placed him near the TV and certain buttons on the TV remote seem to activate the same functions as his remote. This has made it a bit challenging because the remote seems to want to target him instead of the TV.Otherwise, everything is great! Love this little guy.

This projector really brings the fun, It’s been a hit at our living room dance parties. But a word of caution the laser for the star projections is pretty intense, so you’ve got to be carful with your eyes. What I really love is the astronaut theme its a total crowd-pleaser. Plus, you can customize it using an app, which is super handy. the audio quality is pretty good too, as long as you don’t crank it up to max!

Yo soy de las personas que me gusta una habitación oscura para dormir. Sin embargo amo el universo, y me relaja mucho ver el cielo nocturno, asi que decidí comprar esto para dar un toque especial a mis noches, pero esperaba un toque relajado de estrellas en mi techo, y una galaxia tenue en el fondo, sin embargo, recibi un astonauta que ilumina mucho la habitación de forma repentina cada 5 segundos aprox. las estrellas siempre son verdes no se puede cambiar ni con la aplicacion ni el control. tampoco se puede cambiar la intensidad de la luz, la mayoria de los botones no hacen nada. practicamente solo sirven para volumen y cambiar melodia y a veces la melodia tarda mucho en empezar o simplemente no toca. Creo que este astronauta sirve para aquellos que lo quieren de ambientación en una sala de estar o juegos, o para niños que tienen miedo a la oscuridad porque su habitación estará siempre muy iluminada.

I have a few different projectors, but this one is super cute. It is an astronaut standing on a rocket ship. You get to choose the color of the rocket ship either on the device, or with the remote. The remote needs 2 AAA batteries (not included) and the projector comes with a USB C cable for you to plug into your wall USB power brick (not included) or however you power your USB devices. The cable plugs into the head, which is adjustable. The head is attached to the body by magnet, and there's a cable disguised as an oxygen tube that connects it to the body. You can take the head off mostly (attached still by the cable) and rotate it however you want to get your best angle. There's also white noise, and there are quite a few options to choose from. You can adjust the volume too. As for the light, it's a nebula. You can either have a set of colors, or make it fade to the other colors. You can choose the rotation speed, how bright or dim it is, etc. As for audio quality, as long as you don't have it on the highest setting, it should sound ok. It's not a party set of speakers, but it'll play. The app isn't bad to be honest. I downloaded it and it worked for me. I was able to connect to it just fine and control it from my phone. With the app, I got so many more customizations and scenes I could use for the nebula projection. It is easier to select stuff with the app than the remote too. For it to play music over bluetooth, you have to connect to the device itself via the bluetooth settings, not the same as when you paired it to the app. You have to actually connect to bluetooth. The device name is in the booklet. For mine, and probably yours, it said BL-HJ07. I renamed mine since that was so random.I personally don't use the mode where it flashes to the music...it's like a strobe light as it goes for every single noise. It makes a good white noise machine, a decent speaker for if you're just listening to music on your own and don't want to use your phone speakers.I have a few astronaut projectors, but this is the only one I have that has the app too. They did a really good job making it, and it makes it that much better. I mean...it IS another app to download and all, but I like all of the extra stuff I was able to do with it.

Adds a great ambiance to our room and was super easy to use. Lots of options and nice and bright. We have a much more expensive version of this and this one is arguably just as good if not better. The only downside is just like most of these the star grid pattern seems very intentional rather than random, it's hard to find a version of this where the starts actually look like stars and this is not exception, green gridded dots and not super realistic "stars" but again most of these machines are like that. But the nebula lighting here is lovely and better or as good as many! Remote seems to work well and we like the Bluetooth speaker function a lot.

I use this when I’m reading bedtime stories to my niece and nephew when they’re visiting, create a nice ambience in a room and tell them stories and creates a nice atmosphere. It gets their attention immediately, and it kind of creates somewhere between nightlight and full lights on in their bedroom, so it’s a nice transition for helping him fall asleep Definitely recommended easy use I’m really not that expensive
