The product description says its 200 gm which the product is not(roughly 2-4 kg) making it unusable for senior citizen. So I tried to return where the nightmare started with amazon return process. Treasure hunt the customer support for this product, 2 failed return pickups . First one because the pick up agent had "emergency" and second time the agent said this product is Grey and not black, omg 😳. Third return after long wait time is now also canceled for God knows what reason. The second delivery guy told me that sellers do this often ,ie send products with almost matching pictures and then later on for returns we look for exact match and then customer has to call again. My goodness, if we are so picky about the orfer return, we should have this process before shipping the order? Why this seller has high ratings on amazon? Is Amazon checking all this? To which I was told ,sir it's not Amazon courier, it's third party, wow just wow.....
