Very well made, easy to use, easy to store when not using because of its smaller size. Light weight and easy to handle. Feels good in your hands as it’s nicely weighted and I really like the filter at the bottom of the handle. I have long hair and when I dried my hair using other blow dryers that have the filter at the back it would suck in my hair and pull it out. So ladies anyone with medium to long hair this is a great blow dryer. It has a lot of power and 3 heat settings noted by the color change which is a great feature. I just love this blow dryer it is well worth the purchase. I noticed a much softer feel and look with my long hair and no static the first time I used it. So much so I barely had to use my straighter when I styled my hair. Kudos to this blow dryer! Also great magnetic attachments and a long cord. If I would have to say anything negative it would probably be that the filter cover at the bottom that is made to slide down for easy cleaning doesn’t seem to click in place and feels really loose. Although it hasn’t happened yet it feels so lose like it will slide down while drying my hair so I keep my hands above it further up in the handle which is a little awkward for me but doable. I hope I don’t have a defective one with the price I paid! All in all though I really like this blow dryer. Treat yourself you will be glad you did.

The media could not be loaded. I wanted a compact hair dryer with the new design with the air intake at the bottom of the handle and most of the ones I looked at were $100 or more. This one was a good price and it’s really nice, works great. It’s powerful and it gets hot enough for me. I use it everyday. I’m definitely happy with this purchase

*Update. They have been very responsive. They asked for more info and a video, and offered to replace it. Now they say they cannot replace and would like to refund my purchase. We will see how the refund process works since they have not been emailing through Amazon.This hairdryer was awesome until today when the heating element stopped working. I just bought this in Feb. return window closed in March. Is there any kind of warranty ?

This blow dryer is so awesome, the heat is great, dries my hair super fast , it's quite. Not heavy to hold. It even fits in my purse. I'm very happy with this product a 10 for sure!!

My only regret is not buying it sooner! The controls are nicely located and it's a great size. Powerful and hot when you need it! Fits in its resting place much more easily than my T3 and is quieter.

Great quality, 50% faster speed, perfect!!!

It was less expensive (a lot less than some big brand names) than similar looking models and I was concerned about the quality, but it has a high quality look and feel.More importantly it is quite quiet and powerful. I'm no expert, but my wife and I have noticed our hair is more manageable after drying.I'm impressed.
