Fantastic book!!!
I have searched high and low for cocktail recipes that are not loaded with sugar, and that are also easy to make. This book is IT!!!!! I initially hesitated buying it because I couldn’t gauge the quality of the recipes from the Kindle sample — and I definitely didn’t need one more cookbook that looks great until you realize you’ll never make all the good sounding but complicated recipes in it. By the time I finished chapter 1, I realized this would be a game-changer for me. If you avoid carbs and have ONE cocktail book, this is the one. Absolutely brilliant. Easy, quick, practical, healthy, and versatile recipes — plus great tips. And it’s beauuuuutifully designed… I have the Kindle version to take with me wherever I go but will also get the spiral-bound print edition to keep on display on my bar. It’s that gorgeous. Get it, you will not regret it!

Fabulous recipes so far! Just a bit of tweaking needed.
At 10:06pm I got pinged from Amazon, letting me know that the book I had preordered, had just been wirelessly sent to my kindle. THANK HEAVENS!!! Because it’s -3°F outside, snowing heavily and my daughter’s car isn’t the best for driving the 10 miles home in a foot of snow with over 2,500ft of elevation gain. This mama needs a drink!I open the liquor cabinet, that has been neglected for probably 8-12 months and found… good lord, a massive stash of very non-keto candy and chocolate that I had forgotten about! Shite! Seriously?!!! Ok, gather up my willpower and move right along to…Sapphire Gin! Okay, now we’re talking. I skip straight to Keto Happy Hour’s, Chapter Four: Gin Drinks, and the enticing recipe for Blackberry Gin Fizz! Sounds good to me! And I do have, exactly 4 organic blackberries! That’s a sure sign if there ever was one! But alas, no erythritol, that stuff doesn’t really agree with me. Surprised the author doesn’t mention alternatives like stevia (Not that I like the taste of any version of that anyway!) or Lankanto’s monk fruit sugar options? So many keto authors just don’t seem to know about Lankanto, which is weird to me! I have a lot of keto books, both non-fiction and recipe, and I don’t think any of then mention it! Luckily, I do know about it and stock up regularly on all their natural calorie-free sugars when they have their regular sales. (They have granular, powdered and liquid forms) so after mixing my keto-cocktail, I add enough liquid monk fruit to my taste preference. Ohhhhh, and this is SO good! Fabulous recipe! What I love:The taste! Doh!Self explanatory, clickable, pre-chapter descriptions: The Complete Guide to Carbs in Alcohol; Bartending Lingo; Basic Mixology Techniques; Cocktail Measurements; Stocking Your Low-Carb Home Bar; Fruit-and-Herb Pairings; My Top Ten Tips for Hosting the Perfect Cocktail Party; Low-Carb Party Planning; Winter Wonderland; Game Night; Summer Lovin’; Brunch; Girls’ Night; Guys’ Night and Hangover Hacks. Then of course, solid chapters on different alcohol types, like gin, rum, tequila etc…The photos! I ALWAYS appreciate photos in a recipe book! Who doesn’t?A few minor gripes:Formatting is a bit messed up in places. For example, the recipes each have a Food Information list at the end. The Blackberry Gin Fizz recipe, when I open it on my Kindle Cloud reader, has the ‘g’ for the ‘2g’of dietary fiber on next line. This shouldn’t be spilt up. I assume an easy fix? I do believe there is a way to lock them together? As already mentioned earlier, other natural, calorie-free sugar options should be included.Does the NET 3g of carbs for the Blackberry Gin Fizz account for just the 4 blackberries in the drink? Or does it include the garnish blackberry too, which is listed in the ingredients? For those of us that are a little OCD, this is important! :O)Sooo, my daughter got stuck and had to retreat back down the mountain. She’s safe and sound and I found her somewhere to stay. May as well have another drink! Mint Julep, I’m in!

Cheers!
I came across this author on Facebook and wandered over to her blog. I absolutely love this book. Being on keto is a challenge when it comes to cocktails. I love how the book is set up. It's really an all-in-one happy hour book.I love that the book is loaded with awesome photos. If I want to throw a brunch party it so easy. Kendra lays out the food portion and the drinks to match. There is a great shopping list for each event.Every cocktails has a great photo, a little history about the drink, ingredients list, and the directions on how to make the drink. Most recipes also have a special tip to an enhance or change up. There is also info for: calories, fat, protein, total carbs, dietary fiber, net carbs, and sometimes erythritol.Even if you don't want to drink, it's the perfect party food recipe book. I like that I don't need to buy hard to find ingredients. The index is very clever as it has pictures of each item.I have been buying many keto books but Kyndra's are my favorite. I am very visual and need easy to follow recipes. Her books are a perfect match for me.Cheers!

Very happy with this cookbook and others we've purchased from this author
We're looking forward to trying the drink recipes in this book this summer--I'm sure they'll be delicious. It has a section called "EATS AND TREATS". We made the Chessy Nachos when friends were here and it was a huge hit. It's a meal in itself with only 4.7g net carbs per serving. The "chips"(made of cheddar, Parmesan, ground cumin, garlic powder & chili powder) are easy to make and 100% better than any low carb chips we've bought--and without preservatives!

Get your drink on!
This is a great cocktail book whether you follow a ketogenic lifestyle or not, because they are not laden with sugar. There are SO many delicious recipes no matter what your favorite alcohol is and a number of DIY recipes that are the building blocks to other recipes. Just like her Craveable Keto cookbook, this also includes beautiful images of what the cocktail is supposed to look like. It contains nutritional information on alcohol and each mixed drink. And, there are a handful of recipes (I wish there were more!) for happy hour foods. The garlic parmesan wings are my fave!

Spot on for taste - and lots of help for a beginner.
We’ve been having an awful lot of fun with this book. Tons of low carb options under 150 calories. We’ve even got brave enough to make some slight modifications! Highly recommended.
