CloudEleven Automatic Touchless Soap Dispenser- Large Capacity

The media could not be loaded.  Was looking for a hands free soap dispenser for my kids so that they will not leave any grey(sometimes black!) fingerprints on the hand pump area.Am surprised there are many different brands with similar designs! The ratings are high and I believe they are good. In fact I bought one from  my trust worthy brand, but decided on a little adventure and ordered this ‘penguin-looking’ thing for fun. Somehow the shape and the nice colour combination makes it stands out among the rest.I have been using it for a week and am surprised at this penguin’s function. It doesn’t look as sleek as the rest but it works well for me. There are a few points I like about it:1. Volume is adjustable by knob, not buttons. So I can adjust to exactly the amount I want especially when I tend to change hand soap sometimes(depending on the price)2. I like the musical tone from the dispenser. This is interesting for the kids and for the monster mom in me to make sure the kids wash their hands with soap.3. It is easy to refill and has a big capacity so that I do not have to refill it frequently.In fact, I will be getting another one for the kitchen for my dishwashing soap.Update on 23 May 2018I had the soap dispenser for four months now and I recently ordered another 5 of their soap dispensers. Two for myself and the others for my co-workers that visited us recently and love the soap dispenser. They are just like us, with children and pets.Although a bit bigger than the rest of the automatic soap dispenser, its capacity of 23oz is so far the biggest I can find. The other branded product I brought together with this dispenser is only 8.45oz, nearly one-third of the capacity but cost me more than $44. And most importantly, my husband like it more than the expensive brand.At first when I had my purchase in January this year, I brought it together with another brand. The Kohler being smaller was kept in our bedroom bathroom for more expensive foam soap. The bigger Cloudeleven is in the children bathroom as it is expected to be used more frequently. But the husband like this Cloudeleven soap dispenser so much that he often goes to the children bathroom to wash his hands (Well, husband usually acts like big boy instead of the man of the house). And that is good, because I turned on the chime and that ensure all the boys (yes, including “husband” in the house wash their hands before food (The woman in me will never ever understand why boys never like to wash their hands or bath). The boys can no longer lie to me that they have wash their hands when they did not. The sensor is below, so they need to put their hands under the soap dispense area to trigger the sensor and chime will tell me the truth on whether they have their hands wash or not.And recently we had another additional family member to the family, a mini schnauzer. As he is new to the family, he needs to go through some training (i.e. potty training) which will take sometimes. So as all pet owners will know, a lot of clean up must be done, especially the initial stage. Almost every night, in the middle of it, I will be wakened up to clean his poops or urine in the hallway, in the bathroom, in the bedroom. You can imagine how much cleaning to be done and the amount of soap I need to use. If I am using my old soap dispenser with the capacity of just more than 280ml, I would need to change the soap refill for about three times in a month! So, this Cloudeleven really save me a lot of time in changing the soap refill.

--Condensed version--Pros: larger capacity than most, attractive design although it's large, can be set to ring when dispensingCons: motion detection is finicky, off switch doesn't work, capacity is questionable--Explanation--This thing is HUGE but that's partially why we bought it. It doesn't hold a full 700ml though.Our kiddo needs to use eczema specific soap and we liked that this one played a tone so we could decipher if she was in fact using -her- soap. It does go off twice in a row often, whether I use it or she does. I don't understand why it does this.We dilute the soaps by half since they have lots of moisturizers which makes them very thick but also so it will last longer. The machine handles this thinner version of a thick soap well. I'd say it's the consistency of dial.Since turning it on we haven't been able to successfully get it to turn back off with the on/off switch. This makes cleaning it or refilling it an absolute mess!Overall we like it but we don't love it. Once it dies for good we will probably go with a different model.

I bought this for my 3-year-old daughter who wants to be independent but has a hard time with traditional soap pumps. It works great but after a few weeks it started dispensing less soap, which isn’t a big deal, it still dispenses plenty for little kid hands. Also, my kids don’t make as much of a mess with this dispenser versus a pump dispenser.Update:User error, you can control the amount of soap dispensed by turning the thumb wheel on the side.

I was impressed with the quality of the product when i first got hold of the dispenser. The matt finishing of the product makes it classy and the simple design suits the minimalist style in my bathroom. Though it is bigger in size as compared to the rest but it has a stable structure. I do not have to worry that it may topple easily if i accidentally knock it. This dispenser has twice or more capacity than many in the market but still works on well with 4 batteries like the rest. Pretty cool! The soothing melody definitely entice my kids to wash their hands more diligently before meal times now.Overall, i am very satisfied with this product and worth the price.

This is the Mack-daddy of Touchless Soap dispensers!!! You've heard all the problematic issues about, battery compartment rusting, sensor issues, leakage in the battery compartment etc. To all reading, stop looking around and get this. I have an Umbro and Hayden and this trumps both in capacity and features. This is stationed in our kitchen and is used a lot by everyone in the household. Chime sound is a bonus feature and it is never annoying but reassuring that someone is exercising proper hygiene before handling food or before eating.The built quality is obvious once you touch it and looking forward to a number of years in usage. My only suggestion, bring out a variety of colors to suit other customers needs. Just so everyone knows, bought this without any discount at full price and simply giving all consumers an honest take on an excellent product.
