Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors

I feel like Helene Hanff receiving a parcel from 84 Charing Cross Road…in a good way!I reviewed disclaimers from the seller and still ordered this book. I am very pleased I did. There were no pages yellowed or stained, no notes on pages, etc. the book was in pristine condition. It arrived before Christmas. I would highly recommend this book seller!

Such a wonderful book a must buy for anybody but definitely for artists,interior decoraters, sculpters, fashion designers you name it i discovered yayoi on television it was a speacial about her peaces being in museums and her strong influence in the art world and fashion. Its amazing after all thees years she still creates im glade i saw her on tv shes inspirational god wiliing my creativity still flows through me when i get up in age and one last note yayoi is the trure polka dot queen.

I love this artist's work. I only just heard of her, thanks to publicity about this show at the Hirshhorn in DC. This is a comprehensive and beautifully-done "show catalog," and features much more than only the room installations, as I'm sure the show does. In this category it's virtually impossible to separate the "book" from the art work therein; if you love the art, you'll love the book, and vice-versa. This one does get "extra points" for its inclusiveness and the quality of its production. I'm very pleased – and inspired – to have it.

Beautiful coffee table book on the expansive works of Yayoi Kusama. I wanted to purchase this book after seeing the Infinite Kusama exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum and found it on Amazon cheaper than it was priced in the museum gift shop. Great photos and content covering the artist's long career.

In a word, Yoyoi Kusama's book, "Infinity Mirrors" is spectacular. The photographs are a beautifully rendered representation of her work and the text is compelling, interesting, and well written. Having seen her exhibition at the Seattle Art Museum twice, I can quite honestly say this book is a wonderful representation of that experience. I recommend it highly.

Bought this book to decide if a road trip to the exhibition in Cleveland will be worth it. It is in LA presently.
