Mom loves her tambourine!!
I bought this instrument for my mom! She love her moon Tambourine!!! She take it to church every Sunday!!! It sounds so good, I think she even help the musicians out too when she play it! It also has a beautiful color that stands out and the best part, it’s very affordable!!! Mom is very pleased and so I’m I!!!

This is a fairly comfortable tambourine. The color is exact like the picture - it is quite the canary yellow. The sound is a little "smaller" than I had expected. It is bright and a bit tinny, but for what I paid for it, I think it was a good purchase. It does seem like a quality tambourine although it isn't extremely thick and heavy, it still feels solid.

Loud tambourine
Perfect, loud and bright colored tambourine that can be spotted in the audience from a party goer that may not want to return it. Great price.UPDATE 2/19/17 Had to buy a replacement since my original was stolen from a gig. The replacement I received was made lighter, the handle was not as bulky and it did NOT sound bright. Had to return for refund - Thus 1 star for the replacement.

Loud and solid.
This turned out to be a fantastic tambourine for the price. I bought it to have around for people to play during gigs and it's holding up well even after quite a few amateur hands misusing it. As mentioned before it is loud. Good for stage use where you have to cut above amps and other instruments.

Sounds a little tinny
I have one very similar to this one that has a nice rich tone. This one has a tinny sound mixed in. It is not totally tinny though. I guess it is okay for group playing with other tambourines like in a church congregation with others playing. It is definitely not for a band or anything where you need a rich, precise sound. It is made sturdy enough and arrived in good shape very quickly.

It's a fun tambourine for play. Definitely not a professional type instrument but it meets my needs at the moment. And as another reviewer stated - the color is more tangerine than yellow.
