I purchased one and it would not take a charge and would not turn on even when plugged in. Orange light came on when plugged in but never charged even after 24+ hours plugged in. Would not turn on, reset or anything even when plugged in. Returned it for replacement and the new one acted exactly the same way. Would not turn on, reset or take a charge. Returned the second one... junk. One star only because I had to! Thankfully Amazon has a viable return policy.

This thing is a piece of plastic with a red light that turns on when you plug the usb cable. Other than that it does absolutely nothing. I tried to give it a second chance and ordered a replacement but it was exactly the same thing, a round piece of plastic with a tiny red light. I read the manual, downloaded the app, did everything as instructed but there is zero functionality. The only word that suits this thing is SCAM, unfortunately, we find a few such things on Amazon every once in a while. Fortunately Amazon has a good refund policy, but it's still a hassle to go through and some of these shady merchants know this. Advice, stay away from this "security camera," unless you like watching a tiny red light in a piece of plastic. Contributing a review to help other Amazon shoppers whenever we encounter shady stuff like this.

I ordered two cameras and installed the mini sd cards. The cameras never stopped charging and they never cut on. I then went through return process and got two more cameras. Same problem! That’s four different cameras that never worked! The return was quick but that’s why the one star!

I was so surprised when I first received this camera. Super light and tiny. I used it to monitor my cats when I am away. Sometimes I use it at the front door when I have pricy product deliveries. Overall I am pretty satisfied with this camera.

First off wouldn’t turn on! Second the directions didn’t make any sense and wouldn’t connect to WiFi. Cute little came if it worked. I returned it and did get money back which was the only good thing! Buyer beware don’t buy waste of money and time!

The media could not be loaded. I'm sorry, I wanted to turn on my camera right now to make it work, but it's not working, it won't turn on, I don't understand why.

This camera is not good it’s not turning on and it not even taking charge for 12 hours charge and it’s still not coming on I need my money back please this is no good waste my money thanks
