Company needs to pack product in a different bag
Certain birds love safflower seeds and others don't, i.e. grackles. Since grackles eat baby quail, we want to discourage them from entering our yard. Safflower seed does the trick. My complaint deals with the bag the seed is placed in. It has openings across the top. They don't sew it completely shut. It's sewn in such a way that there are openings across the length of the bag that allow bird seed to fall out into the shipping box as well as one's floor after one manages to get the bag out of the shipping box. How much would it cost to actually seal the bag completely? And what is the reasoning behind not completely sealing it?

Product was fine. Delivered by UPS - driver left 50# bag part way up steps - necessitating that I lift it rest of the way to porch/door level .
